率の関係を示した図表である。 然してこれらの図面において、１はポリテトラ
フルオロエチレンの延伸多孔質材、２は網材、３
は材、４はプラスチツク系不織布を示すもので
ある。
第１図は本考案による１つの実施形態を示した一
部の断面図、第２図はその別の実施態様について
の同様な部分的断面図、第３図は本考案によるも
のおよびその比較材についての圧力損失と捕集効
率の関係を示した図表である。 然してこれらの図面において、１はポリテトラ
フルオロエチレンの延伸多孔質材、２は網材、３
は材、４はプラスチツク系不織布を示すもので
ある。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフイルムの延伸
多孔質材にプラスチツク又は金属材による網材を
添着したものを波形その他の過に適した形状に
成形したことを特徴とする精密気体過フイルタ
ー。 ２ プラスチツク系不織布によつてポリテトラフ
ルオロエチレンフイルムの延伸多孔質材をラミネ
ートした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の
精密気体過フイルター。
