発明の効果
上記不発明の方法によると、従来のようにアモルファス
磁性材料鋼帯を巻回してなる巻鉄心の間に樹脂を用いた
釉層テープが存在せず、これに代えて粘着性耐熱絶縁テ
ープを使用しておシ、このため、巻鉄心の焼鈍中悪性ガ
スが出ないので磁気特性が忌化しない。また、アモルフ
ァス磁性材料ws蛍は電磁鋼板を用いた巻枠と外周押え
板金巻鉄心の内外周に巻装しであるので、焼鈍温度が巻
鉄心の同外側とも一様となシ、よって均一な磁気特性が
得られる。さらに、電磁鋼板を用いた巻枠によシ巻鉄心
の剛性が保持されるので形状変化がなく所望の形状が得
