手段の内部に埋入されるか、あるいは受光面が露
出しないように前記走査光学手段の外部に固定さ
れた反射光量検出手段と、 前記反射光量検出手段の受光量に基づき、露光
ランプの照射光量を制御する制御手段とを設けた
