能率を著しく阻害していた。

[実施例の説明] 図面について本考案の実施例の詳細を説明す
る。第1図及び第2図は、本考案に係る泡立ち防
止装置を使用する従来公知の液体定量充填機を示
す。以下その構成を簡単に説明すると、1は仕込
タンク、2はサービスタンク、3は液圧調節用の
バルブ、4はバルブシート体である。該バルブシ
ート体4の上には、外周等間隔毎に多数の充填部
材5を備えたロータリーバルブ体(6)が回動可能に
装備されている。そして上記バルブシート体4に
は、上記サービスタンク2に接続され、かつ、平
面形状が半円形状の液溜め部7が形成されるとと
もに、このバルブシート体4と上記ロータリーバ
ルブ体6と摺動部、詳しくは、上記液溜め部7を
除いた部分のバルブシート体4とロータリーバル
ブ体6の摺動部には、パツキン4aが介装してあ
る。

に充填される構造となつている一般的なものであ
るため、その詳細な図示説明は省略してある。図
bは液体充填済み容器の搬出ラインである。

れば、その液体はフロートバルブキヤツプ14内
に入り、こゝに連結されているオーバーフローパ
イプ10から流出し、サービスタンク2内に回収
される。

段で計量精度の向上を計ることができ、幾多計測
の結果良好な成績が収められているなど実用上の
効果大である。
