【考案の詳細な説明】
[産業上の利用分野]
本考案は、泡立ち防止装置をもつ液体定量充填

従来、液体物質、特に乳剤などを液体定量充填
機を使用して小分けする場合には、充填機に設け

付着して、計量の障害となり、計量精度及び作業

[実施例の説明]
図面について本考案の実施例の詳細を説明す
る。第1図及び第2図は、本考案に係る泡立ち防
止装置を使用する従来公知の液体定量充填機を示
す。以下その構成を簡単に説明すると、1は仕込
タンク、2はサービスタンク、3は液圧調節用の
バルブ、4はバルブシート体である。該バルブシ
ート体4の上には、外周等間隔毎に多数の充填部
材5を備えたロータリーバルブ体(6)が回動可能に
装備されている。そして上記バルブシート体4に
は、上記サービスタンク2に接続され、かつ、平
面形状が半円形状の液溜め部7が形成されるとと
もに、このバルブシート体4と上記ロータリーバ
ルブ体6と摺動部、詳しくは、上記液溜め部7を
除いた部分のバルブシート体4とロータリーバル
ブ体6の摺動部には、パツキン4aが介装してあ

閉弁が開き、計量シリンダー8内の液体が自動的
に充填される構造となつている一般的なものであ
るため、その詳細な図示説明は省略してある。図

ー8内に流入する。液が充満すると、フロートバ
ルブ11が浮上し、この浮上によつてフロートバ
ルブシート部材13のシート面に、フロートバル
ブ11が密着し液の流入を阻止する。このときフ
ロートバルブシート部材13を通過する液体があ
れば、その液体はフロートバルブキヤツプ14内
に入り、こゝに連結されているオーバーフローパ
イプ10から流出し、サービスタンク2内に回収

内への液体の供給、および、容器への充填時に、
液体に渦巻状撹拌作用を生ぜしめず、また、乳剤
などの泡立ち易い液体であつても、計量に支障を
来たすことのない発泡しか認められず、簡単な手
段で計量精度の向上を計ることができ、幾多計測
の結果良好な成績が収められているなど実用上の

順次この液溜め部を回動しながら通過する充填部

を特徴とする泡立ち防止装置をもつ液体定量充填
