Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an original plate set for printing toy capable of being used easily and lightly and printing at low cost, by a construction wherein image parts of a fibrous polymer film provided on a stencil paper is dissolved by a solvent contained in a writing implement, and a liquid generated on dissolution is adsorbed on a blotting sheet. CONSTITUTION:When arbitrary figures, characters or the like are drawn or written on the stencil paper 3 by the writing implement 7, a solvent contained in a core 9 of the implement 7 dissolves the fibrous polymer film 2 of the paper 3 to produce original figures, original characters or the like. The liquid generated on dissolution flows from the dissolved part through a thin fibrous porous film 1, and is adsorbed on the blotting sheet 6. Thereafter a printing ink 11 is placed on the paper 3, an ink-impermeable sheet 8 is placed thereon, the original plate 5 in the state is placed on a printing paper 10, and the plate 5 is pressed against the paper 10 by an appropriate pressing member. Accordingly, the figures, characters or the like are printed on the paper 10.

Conventionally, as this type of original plate set for printed toys, there is one that uses screen printing. This consists of a printing plate made of a printing plate coated with a photosensitizer on a screen plate surrounded by a frame, a writing sheet on which designs, letters, etc. can be written, and a flash member that emits a flash of light. First, after writing an arbitrary picture or letter on a writing sheet, this writing sheet is placed on a printing original plate, and a flash is applied from above with a flash member to expose the photosensitive agent on the original paper. The area is washed away with water, etc., and then ink is applied to the original plate placed on printing paper, and the original plate is pressed from above to cause the ink to pass through the photosensitive area of the original plate and adhere to the printing paper, thereby creating a writing sheet. The same designs, characters, etc. as drawn can be printed on printing paper.

By making the printing base paper 3 have a double structure in which a cellulose polymer film 2 is formed on a fibrous porous thin film 1, the printing ink passes through the fibrous porous thin film 1, but the cellulose above it passes through. The polymer film 2 cannot pass through. Further, the printing base paper 3 is configured to be transparent or translucent as a whole. In this case, both the fibrous porous thin film 1 and the mi-based polymer coating 2 may be made transparent or translucent.

First, using the writing instrument 7, place the liquid absorbent sheet 6 under the printing original plate 5.
, and write one arbitrary design, character, etc. on the printing base paper 3. At this time, since the printing base paper 3 is transparent or semi-transparent, and the surface of the liquid-absorbing sheet 6 has designs, characters, etc. printed on it, Since the designs, letters, etc. on the liquid-absorbing sheet 6 can be seen through the printing base paper 3, it is only necessary to trace them with the writing instrument 6, and writing can be easily performed.

The soluble solvent dissolves the @*brown polymer coating 2 of the printing base paper 3, so the part that came into contact with the writing instrument 7 dissolves, and the design,
Original images of characters, original characters, etc. appear. The liquid at the time of dissolution passes through the fibrous porous thin film 1 from the dissolving portion and is adsorbed onto the liquid absorbent sheet 6. After that, the printing ink is placed on the printing base paper 3'', and an ink-permeable sheet material 8 is further placed on top of it, the printing ink is sandwiched between the sheet material 8 and the base paper 3, and in this state, the original plate 5 is placed on the printing paper. Place it on IJlz,
The original plate 5 is pressed against the printing paper 10 using a suitable pressing member (not shown). As a result, the printing ink first passes through the dissolved portion of the cellulose polymer coating 2, and then passes through the fibrous porous thin film 1 and is deposited on the printing paper 10. As a result, designs, characters, etc. are printed on the printing paper 10.

Rosin-modified phenolic resin 22% Alkyd resin 5% Mineral oil 38% Extender pigment 33% Colorant 2% As mentioned above, the printing toy master set according to the present invention has a cellulose polymer on a fibrous porous thin film. A printing original plate comprising transparent or translucent printing base paper with a coating formed thereon surrounded by a frame; a writing instrument containing a soluble solvent that dissolves the cellulose polymer coating of the printing base paper; It consists of a liquid-absorbing sheet with designs, letters, etc. displayed on its surface. Therefore, in the printing toy, a cellulose polymer film is formed on the printing base paper of the printing plate, and the part of the cellulose polymer film to be printed is dissolved in a soluble solvent contained in a writing instrument, and the liquid at the time of dissolution is Since it is configured to be adsorbed to the liquid absorption sheet, there is no need for the troublesome steps of flashing and washing with water as in the past.
It is very easy to handle and printing costs can be kept low. Furthermore, when writing original pictures, original characters, etc. on the original plate, a liquid-absorbing sheet can be used, so the original plate can be created very easily.
