  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 便器と蓋体により上部を開閉しうる便槽と
    を、ニオイダマリを介在しかつ便槽内部で上に向
    く立上げ部を有する排便管を用いて接続するとと
    もに、前記ニオイダマリに屋外上方にのびる臭気
    抜き筒を連結する一方、便槽の上部に排気口を設
    けかつ該排気口と前記臭気抜き筒との間を排臭管
    を介して導通させてなる便器装置。 (2) 前記排気口は、前記蓋体を支持し便槽上部
    に配される受座に形成したことを特徴とする実用
