Conventionally, when transporting large quantities of goods such as dry ice, various insulation measures have been used to prevent the goods from changing due to the outside temperature during transport (in the case of dry ice, some of it sublimes). A transport container has been proposed.

However, in order to effectively exhibit the heat insulating effect, it is generally necessary to use a heat insulating material with sufficient thickness. This makes this type of shipping container difficult to fold. Therefore, in order to simplify the transportation of this type of shipping container when it is not in use, it has been proposed that the container be made of a flexible sheet and a heat insulating board material can be detachably attached to it, for example, to make it easier to fold. However, this type of device has the disadvantage that the insulation board material is easily lost. In addition, a container in which a heat insulating board is enclosed on each side of the container so that it can be folded has also been proposed. Since it cannot be formed (that is, it can be bent up to a right angle, but if it is allowed to be bent further, the heat insulating effect is lost), the folding operation becomes troublesome.

Therefore, as a result of various studies in order to overcome the above-mentioned problems with shipping containers, the inventors of the present invention have constructed side sections made of flexible sheets that extend from each outer edge of the bottom plate section that encloses a heat insulating board. A part of this side surface part is configured to be openable, and a side plate part encapsulating a heat insulating plate material that can be folded inward is extended from the outer end of each of the side parts, and the side plate part on either side is configured to be openable. By attaching the lid plate part filled with heat insulating board material so as to overlap with the container, the part corresponding to the entire circumferential side of the container in the fully open flat state is made of only flexible sheets, making it easy to fold. All the plate sections containing plate materials can be stacked on top of the bottom plate section, making it possible to fold extremely compactly.Furthermore, since only one side section is in an open flat state, assembly work can be accomplished quickly, which solves the problem mentioned above. It was discovered that the problem could be resolved.

The shipping container of the present invention basically has the above-mentioned configuration, including a bottom plate part 10, side parts 12, 14, 16,
18. The side plates 20, 22, 24, 26 and the cover plate 28 are made of flexible synthetic resin sheets and are integrally or partially welded or sewn to form a single unit. In addition, the bottom plate part 10 and each side plate part 20, 2
2, 24, 26 and the lid plate part 28 are filled with a heat insulating board material having an excellent heat insulating effect. Therefore, in the transport container constructed in this way, the four side sections 12, 14, 16, and 18 connected to the bottom plate section 10 are composed only of flexible sheets.

Furthermore, folding pieces 42, 44, 46 are provided on the side edges of the side parts 12, 14, 16, respectively, which are connected to the side plate parts 20, 22, 24 (see FIG. 2). Similarly, an overlapping piece 48 is provided on the outer edge of the cover plate portion 28. Also, as shown in Figure 2,
In order to fix the cover plate part 28 when it is assembled as a transport container and closed, for example, a tightening band 50 is provided on the outer surface of the overlapping piece 48 of the cover plate part 28 and the outer surface of the side surface part 12, respectively. A tightening tool 52 is provided. Furthermore, it is preferable to provide hanging lobes 54 on the outer surfaces of the facing side sections 12 and 18, as appropriate, in order to facilitate lifting operations when transporting the shipping container.

First, the unfolded state of the shipping container of the present invention is as shown in FIG.
2, 14, 16, and 18 are all made of flexible sheets, so the side parts 14, 16, and 18 are the same as the side plate part 2.
It is in a folded state with a weight of 2, 24, 26.
Next, each side plate part 20, 22, 24, 26 is folded inward so as to abut the inner surface of each side part 12, 14, 16, 18, and then one side part 1 in an open state is folded back.
2 can be made to stand up, forming a container approximately as shown in FIG. In this case, the shape of each side portion 12, 14, 16, 18 is maintained by the side plate portions 20, 22, 24, 26 each containing a heat insulating plate material. Therefore, the surface fasteners 34 provided on the overlapping pieces 30, 32 of the side surface portion 12 are engaged with the surface fasteners 36 provided on the opposite side surface portions 14, 16, and the tightening band 38 is fixed via the tightening tool 40. As a result, the container shape is reliably maintained (see FIG. 2). In such a state, items are stored in the container and each side part 1
Folding pieces 42, 44, 46 provided at 2, 14, 16
After folding inward, the lid plate portion 28 is closed and the tightening band 50 is fixed via the tightening tool 52, thereby completing a shipping container as shown in FIG. 3.

Therefore, the transport container assembled in this manner has an excellent heat insulating effect because its inner surface is entirely formed of a plate portion containing a heat insulating plate material. In addition, overlapping pieces 3 are provided at the joint portions of the side plate portion 20 and both side plate portions 22 and 24 and at the opening portions for the lid plate portion 28.
0, 32, 48 and folding pieces 42, 44, 46, when the shipping container is completed as shown in FIG. 3, the airtightness is extremely good.

The shipping container is disassembled by the reverse assembly procedure described above, and brought into an open state approximately as shown in FIG. Therefore, first, the side parts 14, 16, 18 made of flexible sheets are regularly folded in half inward (see Fig. 4), and the side plate part 20 of the flattened one side part 12 is folded in the opposite direction from when assembled. Fold outward,
Furthermore, the outside (lower side) of the bottom plate part 10 together with the side part 12
If it is turned back, it will be in the state shown in FIG. Then,
By folding the side plate parts 22 and 24 inward while overlapping each other, and finally folding the side plate part 26 and the lid plate part 28 inward at the same time, the bottom plate part 10 is formed as shown in FIG.
That is, it can be folded compactly into approximately the same area as the cover plate portion 28.

As is clear from the above-mentioned embodiments, the shipping container according to the present invention has a structure in which each board section containing a heat insulating board material is connected to each other via a flexible sheet, so that the folding operation is extremely easy and simple. , the folded state is also as compact as possible. Therefore, it is effective for transportation when not in use. In addition, since only one side is to be flattened, the fixing work during assembly is not time-consuming.
It has the advantage of being quick to assemble. Therefore, the shipping container of the present invention can be used in a wide range of applications, from commercial to home use.
