Conventionally, when supplying fuel to a fuel tank at home, etc., it is done either directly from the oil tank or by using a pump-type oil pump that uses the siphon principle. This was done by simply inserting a flexible hose extending from the oil pump into the uncapped oil filler port of the fuel tank, so when refueling while lifting a heavy oil tank or pumping the oil pump, the oil filler hose could easily be inserted into the filler port. This was dangerous as it could come off and fuel could spill out. Particularly in the case where a filter is provided at the oil filler port so that the oil filler hose cannot be inserted deeply into the fuel tank, there is a very high risk that the oil filler hose will come off. Therefore, it has been proposed to provide a separate support to prevent the oil supply hose from coming off the oil supply port, but if the support is provided in a small oil supply port that only allows the oil supply hose to be inserted, it will be difficult to insert the oil supply hose. There is a problem that the support may be pushed inside when refueling, or the support may get in the way when closing the oil filler port after refueling. , the user is applying oil while holding the oil supply hose directly with his/her hand.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and it securely supports the lubrication hose at the lubrication port with the cap of the fuel tank removed, thereby ensuring safe lubrication without the lubrication hose coming off during lubrication. The object of the present invention is to provide a lubrication hose support device for a fuel tank that allows the lubrication hose to be inserted into a holder provided at the lubrication port of the fuel tank, and an insertion hole into which the lubrication hose can be loosely inserted. A key-shaped hole is drilled from the top surface to the outer circumferential surface, or a hole is drilled in the top surface of the holder, and a hose support hole with a diameter smaller than the outside diameter of the lubrication hose is connected to the insertion hole and is drilled in the top surface of the holder. It is characterized by the fact that it is set up.

The configuration of the present invention will be explained with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a fuel tank body, and a cylindrical oil filler port 2 is provided at the upper part of the fuel tank 1 and is fixed through the upper surface of the fuel tank 1. A cylindrical holder 3 is inserted through the inner periphery of the oil filler port 2, and the holder 3 has a support portion 2a provided on the inner periphery of the lower edge of the oil filler port 2, and a support portion 2a provided on the upper outer periphery of the holder 3. It is normally energized so that the side above the support part 3a protrudes from the oil filler port 2 via the energizer 4 interposed between the support part 3a and the support part 3a. A filter 5 is provided at the bottom of the holder 3.
It is designed to filter out dirt mixed into the fuel.

Reference numeral 6 denotes a lubrication pump, and the lubrication pump 6 is composed of a pumping hose 6b and a lubrication hose 6c, each of which is connected to the pumping operation section 6a, which is extendable and retractable, through a check valve mechanism (not shown). It is a pump-up type that uses the principle of a siphon. The oil supply hose 6c has a middle portion formed by a bellows portion 6d having an outer diameter of d, and is curved in any direction.

On the other hand, a lubricating hose 6 is attached to the upper surface 3b of the holder 3.
A support hole 7 of c is bored, and the inner diameter D of the support hole 7 satisfies the relationship D<d. 8 extends from the upper outer peripheral surface of the upper surface 3b of the holder 3 protruding from the upper edge of the oil filler port 2 to the upper surface 3b of the holder 3;
This is an insertion hole for the lubricating hose 6c, which is drilled in a key shape so that the bellows portion 6d can be loosely inserted, and the insertion hole 8 has a connecting portion 9 whose facing distance is smaller than the inner diameter D of the support hole 7. It is connected to the support hole 7 through the support hole 7. Reference numeral 10 denotes a cap, which holds the holder 3 against the auxiliary projectile 4 and connects it to the oil filler port 2.
It is screwed into the oil filler port 2 to seal the oil filler port 2 while the oil filler is recessed inside.

Next, the operation of the present invention constructed as described above will be explained. When filling the fuel tank 1 with oil using the oil filling pump 6, first the cap 10 is removed, and the holder 3 is automatically raised by the booster 4 so that the upper part thereof protrudes from the oil filling port 2. After that, if the tip of the oil supply hose 6c is inserted into the insertion hole 8, the insertion hole 8
is drilled in the shape of a key from the top surface of the holder 3 to the outer peripheral surface, so even if the oil supply port 2 is small, the oil supply hose 6c can be easily inserted while being located on the side of the support hole 7. Then, if the bellows part 6d is inserted until it reaches the upper surface 3b position and then pushed into the support hole 7 side along the valley of the bellows part 6, the lubricating hose 6c will be smoothly inserted without any unreasonable force acting on it. It can be supported by the support hole 7. In this state, the bellows portion 6d has a valley diameter d>
Due to the relationship with the inner diameter D of the support hole 7, the bellows portion 6d
is securely held in the support hole 7 in a compressed and deformed state. Therefore, the oil supply hose 6c can be maintained inserted into the oil supply port 2 without being held directly.
Even if the oil supply hose 6c cannot be deeply inserted into the fuel tank 1, the oil supply hose 6c can reliably supply oil without coming off from the oil supply port 2. Moreover, if the cap 10 is screwed onto the oil filler port 2 after oiling, the cap 10 will resist the auxiliary bomb 4 and cause the holder 3 to sink into the oil filler port 2, so that the holder 3 will be inserted into the oil filler port 2.
It will not get in the way of closing.

Further, in the above embodiment, the case where the oil is supplied by the oil supply pump 6 has been described, but the oil supply may be directly supplied from the oil supply tank through the oil supply hose, and the oil supply hose 6c may have no bellows portion 6d. It suffices if it can also be held in the support hole 7. Furthermore, the insertion hole 8 to be drilled in the holder 3 does not need to be drilled in a hook shape; instead, as shown in FIG.
It may also be one with holes in it.

In summary, the present invention requires that an insertion hole into which a lubrication hose can be loosely inserted be drilled in a holder provided at the lubrication port of a fuel tank in a hook shape from the top surface of the holder to the outer peripheral surface of the holder; A hose support hole with a diameter smaller than the outside diameter of the oil supply hose is also provided on the top surface of the holder, which is connected to the insertion hole. If you insert it into the insertion hole drilled in the holder and then push it into the support hole from the side, it will be comfortably supported by the support hole whose diameter is smaller than the outside diameter of the oil supply hose installed at the inlet. Even if the oil supply hose cannot be inserted deeply into the fuel tank due to the presence of a filter or the like, the oil supply hose can reliably perform the oil supply without coming off from the oil supply port.
