Claims (1)
- 少なくとも一部が内部を透視できるように透明
で、底壁が熱伝導性の良好な金属板３で構成され
ている耐熱性の箱体１と、上下複数段の棚板１２
を有する食品載置棚２とからなり、箱体１内に食
品載置棚２を抜き差し自在に密閉収納でき、箱体
１に食品載置棚２を収納した状態において箱体１
の金属板３と食品載置棚２の最下段の棚板１２と
の間に一定の空隙１６を設ける手段を有し、箱体
１に蒸気抜き孔１０を備えており、金属板３を介
して箱体１内を加熱するようにした食品保存装置
。
