平方向へのスライドにより固定側に着脱可能に支
持されて、前記ガラス容器上に位置するコーヒー
バスケツトと、前記加熱部で加熱された熱湯を前
記コーヒーバスケツト内に供給する給湯手段と、
前記コーヒーバスケツトの下端部に可動板を介し
て設けられ、この可動板によつて前記コーヒーバ
スケツトの下端孔を閉塞する止水弁と、前記加熱
部上へ配置されガラス容器ふたを載置したガラス
容器とを具備するコーヒー沸し器において、前記
可動板２４に下端孔１６ｂを開閉する止水弁２３
を設けると共に、この可動板２４に永久磁石２２
を設け、前記ガラス容器蓋２０の永久磁石２２と
対応する部位にこの永久磁石２２を吸引する吸磁
板２１を設けたことを特徴とするコーヒー沸し器
