Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the system and reduce the cost by constituting a reservoir tank with a sealed resilient tank, and charging the reservoir tank with the function of an accumulator by making use of the resiliency. CONSTITUTION:A pump 2 draws water from a water collecting tank 3 through a check valve 6, and pressurize and supplies the water to a reservoir tank 1 from a delivery pipe 7. Since the reservoir tank 1 is made of plastic etc. and has a resiliency, it absorbs the pressure change due to the starting and stopping of the pump 2. In this manner, the water can be supplied at a stabilized pressure, and changes in the hot water temperature and the delivery rate of hot water can be reduced.

2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 2, a conventional water supply device sucks water from a water receiving tank 3 through a suction pipe 5 and a check valve 6 with a pump 2, pressurizes water, and then sends water from a discharge pipe 7 to a water storage tank (or hot water storage tank). ) 10 and is supplied to the target location through an outlet (hot water) pipe 9. Reference numeral 11 is provided between the bond 2 and the water storage tank (or hot water storage tank) 10 to absorb pressure fluctuations caused by the start and stop of the bond 2 and provide a stable water supply. It is an accumulator that has the function of: generally having pressurized air inside and a diaphragm 12, and this diaphragm 12 contracts in response to water pressure to absorb pressure fluctuations. Reference numeral 8 denotes a pressure switch for controlling the start and stop of the bonder 2.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the conventional configuration described above, the accumulator 11 has an accident in which the air inside leaks to the outside or the diaphragm 12 breaks due to long-term use. The accumulator requires a certain amount of volume; for example, a home-use device requires several liters, which poses a problem in that the device also takes up a lot of space.

Therefore, the present invention provides a water storage tank (or hot water storage tank) f:
It is a closed type elastic tank, and by making use of the elasticity of resin, for example, and effectively utilizing the tank's ability to expand slightly due to the pressure of water, it also functions as an accumulator.

Function As described above, in the conventional water supply device, when the amount of water flowing out is small, the pressure switch 8 operates and the bonder 2 repeatedly starts and stops, but the elastic tank absorbs the pressure fluctuation in this case, and the accumulator As a result, it is possible to supply water at a stable pressure, and even when using it for showers, there is no fluctuation in temperature or amount of hot water.

Embodiment FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. Reference numeral 1 denotes a water storage (hot water storage) tank made of an elastic material such as resin for storing water or hot water, and has a sealed structure. 2 is a pump, which sucks water from a water tank 3 through a suction pipe 5 and a check valve 6;
The water is pressurized and flows from the discharge pipe 7 into the water storage (or hot water storage) tank 1 which is fully elastic. 8 is a pump control method in which starting and stopping of the pump is controlled by pressure. 9 is the drainage (intestinal) canal. The elastic modulus and thickness of the elastic material of this elastic water storage tank 1 are designed to match the allowable or required strain amount during allowable fluctuations in water (hot water) pressure. 4 is Paul Retanop.

Effects of the Invention In the present invention, pressure can be absorbed by the elasticity of the water storage tank made of resin or the like without using an accumulator, so it is less prone to problems such as air leakage and diaphragm tearing compared to conventional ones. In addition to being open, since there is no accumulator, the device can be simplified and costs can be reduced.
