[産業上の利用分野]
本発明は一般メカニカルアンカーを接着剤カプセルで固
着する工法に関するものである。すなわち打撃タイプの
メカニカルアンカーに接着剤カプセルを併用する工法に

やすく、アンカー本体と孔の間隙が存在するため、振動
の激しいところでの使用は不向きであり、思わぬ災害を
招くことになる。一方、メカニカルアンカーと接着剤等
の注入工法も行なわれているが、作業性等簡易的でない

を有する工法が要望されており、これが従来の問題点で

チューブ製の容器に2成分から成る自己凝結結合剤の1
成分を収容し、他の1成分を容器の外周面に暦を形成さ
せてなる接着剤カプセルであり、当該接着剤カプセルを
穿孔内に挿入し、その上から一般の打撃タイプのメカニ
カルアンカーを打撃挿入し、アンカー本体を開拡固定す
ると同時に接着剤カプセルが破裂し、内容成分と外層成
分が接触し、硬化反応を開始し孔とアンカーボルトの間
隙を充填して、硬化固着することを特徴とする一般メカ
ニカルアンカーを接着剤カプセルで固着する工法にある

C型について図に示すと、第7図乃至第9図の通りであ
って、本発明に係る工法が優れていることが明らかであ

併用する工法において、接着剤は、容易に破裂するガラ
スまたはプラスチックチューブ製の容器に2成分から成
る自己凝結結合剤の1成分を収容し、他の1成分を容器

当該接着剤カプセルを穿孔内に挿入し、その上から一般
の打撃タイプのメカニカルアンカーを打撃挿入し、アン
カー本体を開拡固定すると同時に接着剤カプセルが破裂
し、内容成分と外層成分が接触し、硬化反応を開始し孔
とアンカーボルトの間隙を充填して、硬化固着すること
を特徴とする一般メカニカルアンカーを接着剤カプセル
