第3図は封口工程での絶縁リングとセパレータと
の溶着時の状態を示す。第4図は従来の電気二重
層キヤパシタを示す断面図であり、第5〜6図は
第4図に示す従来の電気二重層キヤパシタの製造
中の状態を示す断面図で、第5図はグロメツト作
製のための集電板と絶縁リングとの溶着時の状態
を示し、第6図は封口工程での絶縁リングとセパ
レータとの溶着時の状態を示す。
