Conventionally, as this type of sharp pencil, one has been proposed in which the writing distance is increased by the wear of the lead lead and the retraction of the lead protector fitted over the lead lead as the user writes. These proposals have increased the writing distance with one lead feed operation, but once the lead protection tube has retreated to its most retracted position, writing becomes impossible and a new lead must be sent out. However, there remains the inconvenience that the operation must be performed by changing the grip of the writing instrument.

The above-mentioned inconveniences were solved by the invention that the applicant had previously filed as Utility Application No. 1983-41336, but as a result of further consideration when putting this into practical use, the applicant found that it wears out during writing. In addition to the ability to send out the lead lead without changing the grip of the writing instrument, it is also possible to continuously use the second and third new lead after the first lead is used up, and the lead guide tube A sharp pencil capable of storing a lead core protruding from the tip thereof and adjusting its protrusion length has been obtained. The present invention will be described in detail below based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. (In addition, the front refers to the left side of the figure, and the rear refers to the right side of the figure.) In Figure 1, reference numeral 1 is the main body, and the tip member 2
and a shaft tube 3, and the tip member 2 is integrated with the shaft tube 3 by screwing. Inside the main body 1, a lead core storage cylinder 4 configured to accommodate a lead core L is slidably arranged. A holding cylinder 5 is attached to the front of the main body 1, which is divided into several parts in the longitudinal direction and always expands outward, and a tightening ring 6 is engaged with the outer periphery of the holding cylinder 5. The tightening ring 6 is removably covered with a
The main body 1 is always elastically repelled forward by a spring 8 stretched between it and an inward protrusion 7 protruding from the inner surface of the main body 1. The inner surface of the holding tube 5 is provided with a tapered portion 9 that widens toward the front, and the tapered portion 9 has a front outer periphery of a collect chuck 10 slidably disposed on the holding tube 5. A tapered portion 11 provided on the holding tube 5 is slid, and the collector chuck 10 is elastically repelled rearward by a spring 12 stretched between the holding tube 5 and the holding tube 5. A hollow protrusion 13 is protruded in the middle of the inner surface of the shaft tube 3, and a projection 14, which is protruded from the outer periphery of the lead core storage tube 4, is formed on the front surface of the protrusion 13, and is connected to the shaft tube 3. They are elastically abutted by a spring 15 stretched between them. Reference numeral 16 denotes a lead core guide tube which is slidably disposed within the tip member 2 and has a distal end protruding outward from the tip member 2, and a detent 17 is fixed inside thereof. ing. Reference numeral 18 denotes a spring stretched between the front end surface of the shaft cylinder 3 and a protrusion 19 provided on the rear outer surface of the lead core guide tube 16, so as to always elastically repel the lead core guide tube 16 forward. is being done.

When the tip of the lead guide tube 16 is pressed against the writing surface P from the state shown in FIG. 1 and writing is started, the lead guide tube 16 also retreats as the lead wears. As writing continues, the lead guide tube 16 moves back further, and the tightening ring 6
The clamping ring 6 is brought into contact with the front end surface of the clamping ring 6, and the clamping ring 6 is moved rearward to release the clamping of the holding cylinder 5. When the clamping ring 6 releases the holding cylinder 5, the holding cylinder 5
expands outward due to its own elasticity. Holding tube 5
When the lead is expanded, the collection chuck 10, which has been tightened by the holding tube 5, is also expanded at the same time, releasing the grip on the lead core. (See Fig. 2) Since the collect chuck 10 is elastically pushed backward by the spring 12, it is expanded and moved backward at the same time. Because it has a tapered part 9,
After retreating a predetermined distance, it is tightened again to grip the lead core. (See Figure 3) At this time, the correct check is 10
The user grips the lead at a position a predetermined distance behind the position of the lead held at the beginning of writing. When the pressing force is released from this state, the lead core guide tube 16 is moved forward due to the spring 18 and the weight of the lead core guide tube 16, comes into contact with the inner front end surface of the tip member 2, and is stopped. As the guide tube 16 moves forward, the rearward pressing force of the clamping ring 6 is released, so the clamping ring 6 is moved forward by the spring 8 and tightens the holding cylinder 5 again. When the holding cylinder 5 is tightened and reduced in diameter in this way, the tapered part 9 on the inner surface of the holding cylinder 5 is also reduced in diameter, and the tapered part 9 slides into contact with the tapered part 9 due to the diameter reduction of the tapered part 9. As the tapered part 11 slides on the tapered part 9, the collector chuck 10 is moved forward while holding the lead, pushes out the lead L by a predetermined distance, and returns to its original position, resulting in a writing state. .

First, stop writing, push back the lead protruding from the tip of the lead guide tube 16 so that it is flush with the lead guide tube 16, or store the lead protruding from the tip of the lead guide tube 16. To adjust the length of
The collect chuck 10 is expanded by pressing the rear end of the lead core storage cylinder 4 and moving it forward against the resiliency of the spring 15, and moving the collect chuck 10 forward by the front end surface of the lead core storage cylinder 4. . If the collector chuck 10 is forcibly expanded in this way, the lead core will be released from the collector chuck 10, so by pressing the lead core toward the rear of the main body, the lead core can be stored and the protruding length of the lead core can be adjusted. Adjustments can be made. Also, when using a new lead lead as a second or third one after the first one has worn out,
As above, if the rear end of the lead core storage tube 4 is pressed, the collection chuck 10 will expand, so the lead core storage tube 4 will open.

According to the invention as described above, in addition to the function of feeding out the lead lead that wears out as you write without changing the grip of the writing instrument, the lead lead protruding from the tip of the lead guide tube can be housed and its protrusion can be removed. Adjusting the length, or replacing the second lead core after the first one has worn out.
Since the first and third new cores can be used continuously, this has a significant effect in its practical application.

In the above embodiment, the collet chuck releases its grip on the lead core and holds the lead core again after the lead core guide tube retreats, the tightening ring retreats, and the holding tube expands. If the retraction distance before gripping is made larger, the lead core can be fed out so that the tip of the lead protrudes beyond the tip of the lead guide tube.
