端をリード端子に固定した両持ち導体にて前記圧
電デバイス基板の縁部をデバイス電極リード部の
一と共に電気的に接続固定すると共にデバイス電
極リード部の他の一を圧電デバイス基板縁部と共
に片端をリード端子に固定した片持導体にて電気
的に接続固定することによつてデバイスの保持に
よつて生ずるその基板への応力を低減しデバイス
水平方向への衝撃力を吸収するようにしたことを
特徴とする圧電デバイスのサポート。 (2) 前記圧電デバイス保持導体がデバイス基板
縁部を挿入固定するスリツトを有する導体ストリ
ツプであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載の圧電デバイスのサポート。 (3) 前記圧電デバイス保持導体が導体ストリツ
プの一部にデバイス基板縁部を承けるL字状或は
コの字状の板金加工部を有することを特徴とする
