Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) In a horizontal holding member for a piezoelectric device, the edge of the piezoelectric device substrate is electrically connected together with one of the device electrode lead parts using a double-sided conductor whose both ends are fixed to lead terminals.
