記キヤツプ体３の前部に噴霧孔１３を形成すると
ともに、該キヤツプ体３の胴部３１に吐出孔１４
を形成し、該吐出孔１４が上記止水部材７上まで
後退した位置を、上記キヤツプ体３の後退限度位
