エアホースを取付は替える必要もないものである。
以下本発明の実施例を添付図に基いて詳述する。
図示した金型1は上型5と下型6との型rMき面にキャ
ビティ7を形成されたものであり、成形機2の上下プレ
スの底面に設けられている取付盤3(熱gl)の上に据
え付けられるものである。取付盤3の内部には、複数本
のエア供給路8が形成されていて各々エア供給路8は別
系統でエアが供給され′るようになっており、エア供給
路8から取付盤3上面に向けて小孔状あるいは溝状のエ
フ噴出孔4が開口されており、エア供給路8の端のエア
ホース(図示せず)を接続されろ注入口9が取付fi3
1111面においで開口している。#&2図に示す図示
例では、パイプ状のエフ供給路8が環状に形成されてお
り、しがも複数本のエア供給路8が互いに独立した同心
円状に形成されており、各エア供給路8には小孔状のエ
ア噴出孔4が一定ビンチ毎に穿孔されている。注入口9
に接続される各々のエアホースには独立してパルプが設
けられており、パルプ操作により各々のエア供給路8毎
のエア噴出孔4を開閉できるようになっている。従って
、金型1の大きさや重量によってパルプ操作でエア噴出
孔4の開閉面積や開閉領域を変化させることができるの
である。しかして、金型1の取り付けを行うときには、
パルプを開いてエア噴出孔4よりエアを噴出させ、金型
1を取付盤3から浮上させて金型1の取り付けを行える
