Abstract

PURPOSE:To constitute the titled mechanism so as to enable to levitate the mold, move manually the mold and perform easily setting of the mold, by making air blow off toward the mold from a mounting platen whereon the mold is mounted. CONSTITUTION:As the titled mechanism is so constituted that a mold 1 is levitated by a method wherein air is blown off toward the mold 1 from a mounting platen 3 whereon the mold 1 is mounted, it is neither necessary to provide an air blow-off port 4 on the mold 1 nor necessary to change an air hose for a new one every changeover of the mold 1 as the air hose is connected with the mounting platen 3. It is, therefore, capable of making an opening and closing area and opening and closing sphere of the air blow-off port 4 vary by operation of a valve according to the size and weight of the mold 1. を載置する取付盤3から金型1へ向けてエアを噴出させ
ることにより金型1を浮上させるようにしているので、
金型1にはエフ噴出孔4を設ける必要がなく、またエフ
ホースは取付盤3に接続されるので金型1取り替え毎に

を有する取付盤に接続されるのでエフホースは取付盤に
接続したままで良く、金型取り替え毎にエアホースを付
は替える必要もないという利息がある。
