けられ該外表面の少なくとも凹部および凸部の周
辺に前記合成樹脂層を膨潤もしくは溶解する液状
物質を含む防食性接着剤が塗布された鍔付短管が
挿入され、少くとも鍔付短管の凹部に内面被覆鋼
管の合成樹脂層が膨出されるかもしくは内面被覆
鋼管の溶解された合成樹脂層に鍔付短管の凸部が
食い込まされてなるものである。

脂層12に鍔付短管2の凸条212が食い込むか
(第1図参照)、あるいは前者のみの場合(第2図
参照)、又は後者のみの場合(第3図参照)の内
面被覆鋼管の管端部が形成される。

凸部が食い込まされているので、内面被覆鋼管の
内面合成樹脂層と鍔付短管の短管の表面の凹凸が
防食性接着剤層を介してかみ合い、防食性接着剤
層の接着力と相俟つて鍔付短管が内面被覆鋼管の
管端部に強固に固定されて抜け出ることがなく、
しかも、防食性接着剤層が内面被覆鋼管の管端部
を防護し、この内面被覆鋼管を管継手等と接続し
て使用する場合、内面被覆鋼管の管端部を防食を
