Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 乾湿式冷却塔であつて、複数の高温水搬送
間接熱交換導管を有する乾式冷却装置と、冷却す
べき高温水を上記導管内に供給流通させる手段と
、乾式冷却装置に組合せ外気冷却空気を上記冷却
装置内に導入し上記導管外を通らせて導管内の高
温水と非接触熱交換させ加熱された乾燥空気をほ
ぼ直立方向に外気に戻す第1のフアン装置と、少
なくとも1つの蒸発冷却装置と、乾式冷却装置か
らの部分冷却された水の少なくとも一部を蒸発冷
却装置に供給して蒸発冷却装置内に水を流通させ
る手段と、蒸発冷却装置に組合せ冷却用外気を蒸
発冷却装置内を通らせ蒸発冷却装置内を流れる水
と蒸発熱交換関係とさせた後に湿潤空気を上記加
熱乾燥空気とほぼ平行の直立方向に排出する第2
のフアン装置とを備え、 蒸発冷却装置はほぼ乾式冷却装置の下方に設け
られており; 乾式冷却装置からの空気流のための第1の空気
排出径路を画定する第1の構造物が設けられてお
り; 第1の構造物及び第1のフアン装置は、互いに
協働して、乾式冷却装置を通る空気を、この空気
が当該冷却塔から大気中に排出されるまで、包囲
するように構成されており; 蒸気冷却装置を通る空気流のための第2の空気
排出径路を画定する第2の構造物が設けられてお
り; 第2の構造物及び第2のフアン装置は、互いに
協働して、蒸発冷却装置を通る空気を、この空気
が当該冷却塔から大気中に排出されるまで、包囲
するように構成されており; 乾式冷却装置を通る空気流と蒸発冷却装置を通
る空気流との当該冷却塔内での混合を完全に防止
し、これら両空気流が当該冷却塔外へ排出された
後に初めて混合することを許すため、第1及び第
2の空気排出径路は分離されていて連通しておら
ず; 第1及び第2の構造物は、外気の風によつて湿
潤空気が下方に偏向して拡がることを少なくする
ため、湿潤空気をほぼ垂直上方に排出し、この湿
潤空気から離れた位置でこれをほぼ包囲させて加
熱乾燥空気をほぼ垂直上方に排出するように配設
されていることを特徴とする冷却塔。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の冷
却塔において、冷却塔は細長いほぼ長方形の形状
を有し、冷却塔の中央部に長手方向に離間して複
数の蒸発冷却装置が設けられており、高温水搬送
間接熱交換導管は1対の別個の細長いバンクに配
設されており、これらバンクは各々中央部の複数
の蒸発冷却装置の両側に配置されており、第1の
フアン装置は各バンクにそれぞれ1つずつ設けら
れた別個のフアン装置からなることを特徴とする
冷却塔。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項に記載の冷
却塔において、蒸発冷却装置の相対する側には1
対の空気入口面が設けられ蒸発冷却装置のその他
の側にはプレナム形成壁面が設けられており、蒸
発冷却装置を橋絡するように蒸発冷却装置の上に
配置された乾式冷却装置を支持する細長くて高い
構造体が設けられており、隣接する蒸発冷却装置
の間に実質上開放の通気路を形成して外気の風が
該構造体の下を冷却塔に対して横方向に通過自在
として冷却塔の風下側に風によつて生ずる負圧渦
流に通気して冷却塔から排出される高温空気が蒸
発冷却装置風下側空気入口面に負圧誘導再循環さ
れるのを最小としたことを特徴とする冷却塔。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の冷却
塔において、各第1及び第2のフアン装置を囲む
配置としたベンチユリ型速度回復導風筒を設けた
ことを特徴とする冷却塔。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の冷却
塔において、間接熱交換導管は各々空気入口面を
有し、乾式冷却装置の各々の空気入口面を覆う配
置とし選択的に操作可能のダンパー装置を設けた
ことを特徴とする冷却塔。 (6) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の冷
却塔において、蒸発冷却装置は空気入口面を有し
、蒸発冷却装置の空気入口面を覆う配置とし選択
的に操作可能のダンパー装置を設けたことを特徴
とする冷却塔。
