た連結管6の上方開口部を装嵌して弁管9を互い
に連結し、その連結管6の下方部には、下方部に
窓10,10′を穿設し、その上方空洞部に、頂
部にゴム等からなる栓体12を取付け、尾部に突
筍13を進退自在に螺装した止水軸14を摺動自
在に内装した案内管11を装嵌した上、該連結管
