号を移相回路を介してPLLに単独入力し、当該
PLLの出力信号を前記検出帰還信号に追従変化
させるとともにロツクさせ、さらに前記のように
PLLから得られた出力信号を増幅回路で所定値
まで増幅させて振動系の振動子に励振信号として
供給するよう信号系統を構成し、前記振動子の前
記共振周波数変動に追従変化して超音波振動の安
定化を計つた発振器と、前記振動系での振動子に
消費される電力を直読できる通過型直視電力計を
形成した出力形から構成する出力計付超音波発振
器。 2 振動系は、振動子の共振ブリツジ回路に検出
帰還信号の出力素子として低抵抗を振動子に直列
に介入してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記
載の出力計付超音波発振器。 3 振動系は、振動子と低抵抗を直列接続してそ
の接続点をアースしたものを、出力トランスの二
次側両端に接続してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲
第1項又は第2項記載の出力計付超音波発振器。 4 出力計は、振動子の共振ブリツジ回路から得
られる電流値比例信号と電圧値比例信号を入力し
て、その両信号の積に比例するアナログ信号を出
力するアナログ乗算回路と、当該アナログ信号を
整流して直流信号とする整流回路および直流用メ
ーターを順次直列接続してなる実用新案登録請求
の範囲第1項、第2項又は第3項記載の出力計付
