(b) Prior Art A conventional tenderizing device for veneer veneers of this type is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 48-87003M, Method for Tenderizing Plywood Veneers. A so-called knife-type veneer veneer tenderizing device in which a number of blades are protruded in the axial direction of one or both surfaces to form a number of cuts in the material of the veneer veneer fed between rotating cylinders. , ``A method for forming small cracks in a veneer veneer and a device therefor'' disclosed in JP-A-51-110007, a veneer veneer tenderizing device in JP-A-59-91004, etc. For the veneer conveyance groove, which has a four-roller configuration consisting of a pair of upper and lower loading rollers and an output roller arranged in a staggered manner, the speed of the lower loading roller is set higher than the speed of the upper loading roller, so that the veneer is held between both rollers. There is a conventional technology such as "a veneer veneer tenderizing device using a so-called loading/unloading speed differential method" which forms a large number of splits in the material of the veneer veneer.

(c) Problems to be solved by the invention The conventional veneer veneer tenderizing device described above uses a knife to make numerous incisions from above and below into the veneer material, thereby making the material continuous. Either the so-called knife method is used to cut the veneer to correct curls and flaws, or the veneer is pulled using the speed difference between loading and unloading to create a large number of cracks in the material, thereby creating a continuity of the previous material. The former method was based on the so-called loading/unloading speed differential method, which corrects curls and flaws by cutting through the material. When the veneer is pulled out, it splits or closes immediately due to the elasticity of the fibers, so there is almost no elongation of the veneer in the direction perpendicular to the fiber direction. Since the veneer was simply stretched forcibly to form split cracks at random due to speed differences, the distribution and size of split cracks were uneven, and therefore, the former method was not effective in correcting curly cracks due to the elongation of the veneer. In addition to chipping, there is a serious drawback in that no improvement in veneer yield can be expected at all.The latter not only causes severe damage to the material due to excessive softening of the weak parts, but also leads to the formation of splits due to the increase in thickness. However, the present invention relies solely on the formation of incisions using this kind of knife and the formation of cracks due to the difference in loading and unloading speeds. By applying an adjustable drive speed difference to a pair of piercing rolls placed opposite each other, the first small incision made with the cutting edge of the piercing ring is made into the material.
The difference in speed between the cutting edges causes the blade to be pulled in opposing front and back directions from the left and right, adjusting the initial cut into a wide split, creating a softening effect that matches the material of the veneer veneer. It is designed to correct curls and blemishes all at once.

(d) Means for Solving the Problem In order to solve the above problem, the present invention provides an adjustable driving speed difference to a pair of piercing rolls disposed vertically opposite each other, so that the cutting edge of the piercing ring is initially small in the material. The present invention is a device for adjusting and regenerating an initial cut into a split by pulling it in opposite front and rear directions from the left and right depending on the speed difference of the cutting edge. a pair of upper and lower prick rolls in which a number of prick rings formed with a large diameter and a narrow width and a number of anvil rings formed with a relatively small diameter and a wide width are alternately fitted on one axis; b) the pair of upper and lower prick rolls; C) A drive for rotating the pair of upper and lower pricking rolls, wherein the pricking ring on one side and the anvil ring on the other side are arranged vertically and alternately in contact with or close to each other so as to face each other; A structural requirement is that a transmission, differential transmission, etc. that provides a freely adjustable speed difference is installed on the drive shaft. A utility ring formed in a shape, an anvil ring formed of a material such as metal, rubber, or synthetic resin is used, and the utility ring is arranged at equal or unequal intervals in the axial direction, or in equal or unequal numbers above and below. This is a single plywood tenderizing device with anvil rings arranged on the drive shaft.

(E) Function The pair of practical rolls facing each other vertically in the present invention is used to handle upwardly curled green veneer or the like delivered from a veneer cutting machine such as a veneer lace or veneer slicer installed in the previous stage. This is further achieved by softening the material of the veneer veneer, which causes distortion mainly due to the rigid material on the front side, such as dried veneer with imperfections that is delivered after drying with a veneer dryer such as a veneer dryer. The purpose is to correct curls and cracks during the conveyance process, and its action is to first make small cuts into the material of the plywood veneer using the cutting edge of the practical ring. By pulling this in opposite front and back directions and regenerating the initial small cuts into wide open splits, a softening action that matches the material of the veneer veneer is performed, preventing curls and brittleness in the material. It functions to correct all at once.

That is, in the cutting operation of the plywood veneer by the utility roll, the outer periphery of the relatively small diameter and wide anvil ring is used as a pedestal during cutting, and the cutting edge of the utility ring, which is relatively large in diameter and narrow, is used as a pedestal. By making them slightly contact with this, or facing each other from above and below so that they are close to the position on the verge of contact, and rotating them in opposite directions,
In the material of the veneer veneer during the conveyance process, a large number of small incisions in a vertical striped broken line pattern, for example, about α3cIIt width, are continuously formed, for example, at about αθ1 pitch, by pushing the cutting edge of the utility ring. Furthermore, the expansion operation of the small cut initially formed by the cutting edge of the utility ring is regulated by the speed difference between the utility rings, which are disposed above and below in different rows. The speed difference between the upper and lower utility rings can be corrected by connecting a transmission, differential transmission, etc. to one or both sides of the drive shaft of a pair of upper and lower utility rolls that rotate with the utility rings mounted on the shaft. In order to obtain a degree of flexibility that matches the material of the veneer veneer to be treated and its degree of straightening, the speed difference of about 1:1 to 2 can be adjusted to the practical advantage of the upper and lower parts, for example, by using a gear ratio of about 1:1 to 2. By adding it to the ring,
The small incisions initially formed in the material of the veneer veneer during the transportation process can be instantly regenerated into adjusted large splits. In addition, the above notch expansion operation is as follows:
For example, as shown schematically in FIG. 4, the cutting edge 1a of the utility ring on either the upper or lower side and the cutting edge 1b of the utility ring on the other side are first pressed together to make small cuts. , 1b, and the cutting edges 1a and lb of the other utility rings located on the left and right sides of the tool ring 1b.

3b is different from the splitting caused by a normal cut simply formed by pushing a knife into the material of the veneer veneer, even after the cutting edges 1a and 1b of the utility ring are removed from the material of the veneer veneer 2. , once wide open Warisaku 3a, 3
Since the formation of b causes material plastic deformation in the vicinity of the splits 3a and 3b, this plastic deformation prevents the splits from closing due to the elasticity of the fibers and changes the degree of flexibility of the veneer in the direction orthogonal to the fiber direction. The process progresses even further, and a stable elongation of a certain percentage can be seen in the veneer.

(G) Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a speed difference in the adjustable drive speed to a pair of practical rolls disposed vertically,
The first small cut made in the material with the cutting edge of the utility ring is pulled in opposite frontal directions from the left and right due to the speed difference between the cutting edges, and the initial small cut is regenerated into a wide split in a controlled manner. The present invention is designed to apply a softening action suited to the material of the veneer veneer to correct curls and curls in the material at once. The formation of cuts into the material that had been caused by this is done by a knife that extends long in the direction of the fibers, and when the knife is handled, the elasticity of the fibers causes the cuts to split or close immediately; There were serious drawbacks such as the fact that the elongation of the veneer in the direction was almost gone, and the effect of correcting curls and burrs due to the elongation of the veneer was not only lacking in kudzu, but also that no improvement in the veneer yield could be expected at all. , which was caused by the conventional tenderizing equipment that uses a differential loading/unloading speed method.
The method was simply to forcefully pull the plywood veneer, which has weak parts due to the material, by using the difference in speed between the front and back to form random splits, which resulted in uneven distribution and size of the splits. , which had serious drawbacks such as not only severe damage to the material due to excessive softening of the fragile part, but also the increased thickness which made it extremely difficult to form splits, causing functional impairment. All of this could have been wiped out. Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is possible to mechanically equalize the cracks, which were lacking in any of the above conventional devices, and to open the cracks by greatly deforming the plasticity, depending on the material of the veneer veneer and the degree of straightening. This is an invention with extremely remarkable implementation effects, with the addition of a new regular and adjustable tenderizing function that can be freely formed.
