- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 モータと、該モータにより回転軸が略垂直に保
持された状態で駆動され略水平に回転する回転ド
ラムとの組合せにおいて、 前記回転ドラムに前記回転軸に対称に中空部を
設け、該中空部に流体または粉体を適量注入し、
前記モータにより前記回転ドラムの回転が速くな
るに従つて前記流体または粉体が前記回転ドラム
の外周に集中して前記回転ドラムの慣性モーメン
トが増加することを特徴とする回転ドラム装置。
