Claims (1)
- コアの周囲に形成するポリマー製のクラツド層
中に蛍光体を分散混入した光フアイバと、その先
端面に、表面を反射面とした錐体状をなし、その
頂部をコア端面と対向させて配設され、コア端面
から出射された光を反射してクラツド沿つて端面
に入射せしめる反射部材と、光フアイバの基端面
に配した前記蛍光体の励起用光源及び前記蛍光体
からの光を捉える受光部とを具備することを特徴
とする温度センサ。
