第１図は、本考案に係る球面軸受用の、２個の
孔を有するフランジ付取付具の表面平面図である
。第２図は第１図に示すフランジ付取付具の側立
面図である。第３図はフランジ付取付具の裏面平
面図である。第４図は第３図のほぼ４―４線に沿
う断面図である。第５図は第３図のほぼ５―５線
に沿う断面図であつて、この図では軸受が取付け
てある。第６図は潤滑部材および潤滑溝を詳細に
示す拡大図である。第７図は本考案の他の実施例
を示し、３個の孔を有するフランジ付取付具の側
立面図である。第８図は第７図のフランジ付取付
具の裏面の平面図である。第９図は第８図の９―
９線に沿う断面図である。第１０図は本考案のさ
らに他の実施例を示し、４個の孔のあるフランジ
取付具の裏面の平面図である。第１１図は第１０
図のフランジ付取付具の側立面図である。第１２
図は第１０図のほぼ１２―１２線に沿う断面図で
ある。第１３図は本考案に係る３個の孔のあるフ

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所定の厚さの単一シート金属片から作られたフ
    ランジ板と軸受受入れフランジとを有する球面軸
    受用フラスジ付取付具であつて、前記フランジ板
    と軸受受入れフランジの各々は前記シート金属片
    とほぼ同一の厚さを有し、前記軸受受入れフラン
    ジは前記フランジ板の一方の面から外方へ向けて
    延びて軸受を受入れ保持し、前記軸受受入れフラ
    ンジはまた前記フランジプレートの前記一方の面
    から離れた位置に球面状内面部及び外面部を有し
    、前記球面状内面部は軸受を支持する前記球面軸
    受の全外面を受容しかつそれと実質上接触するよ
    うになつた凹面を形成してなり、前記軸受が前記
    軸受受入れフランジ内の放視方向及び軸線方向の
    いずれの方向の移動も拘束され、また取付け面を
    なす前記フランジ板の他の面は前記軸受受入れフ
    ランジの軸線に対しほぼ垂直である取付け面を設
    けて前記フランジを支持面に取付けるようになつ
    ていることを特徴とする球面軸受用フランジ付取
    付具。
