Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent rapid emission of large amount of hot-water to the tap by a method wherein a water quantity valve is maintained under throttled condition in case that a cock is closed at the throttled condition of the water quantity valve of a tap-controled hot-water heater, and the tap is opened after the designated time. CONSTITUTION:A controller 15 is arranged in the base frame of a hot-water heater A or in a control box 16, the controller 15 controls the intermittent burning of a burner 6. When the calculated and required amount of heat exceeds the capability of the hot-water heater A, a water quantity valve 10 is throttled, the flow rate is decreased within the capability. When a valve B is stopped under the above condition, the water quantity valve 10 is made full opening condition after designated time (3min). Simultaneously, a pump 7 is restarted, the hot-water is maintained at designated temperature with circulating and flowing, prepares the next opening of the valve B. At the opening of the valve B, the water quantity valve 10 is still under throttled condition, accordingly, the large amount of hot-water supplying can be prevented.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, there have been various structures for hot water supply devices, especially water supply II devices consisting of a combination of a gas instantaneous water heater and a faucet. Some water heaters have a structure that controls the temperature and are equipped with a water flow valve in the hot water supply pipe that automatically reduces the water flow when the required amount of heat calculated by calculation exceeds the capacity of the water heater.

When the water flow valve of a faucet is throttled and the amount of hot water supplied is throttled, the water side is naturally throttled according to the hot water side in order to maintain the discharge temperature at the set temperature, and this condition is not corrected immediately after the on-off valve is closed. .

Therefore, if you open the water flow valve immediately after closing the on-off valve of a faucet, if you stop using the faucet and then use it again immediately, the water side will be throttled and the amount of water will suddenly increase. Hot water will be supplied to the faucet, which is very dangerous as the water will be discharged from the faucet at a much higher temperature than the set temperature.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) The problem to be solved by the present invention is that when hot water supply is stopped with the water flow valve being throttled, a large amount of hot water is supplied to the faucet within a predetermined period of time after the water supply is stopped. The aim is to avoid supplying such substances.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The technical means taken by the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems are as follows. The required amount of heat is calculated based on the detection signal of the outlet hot water temperature sensor, and the combustion of the burner is controlled automatically, and a valve is installed in the hot water supply pipe that reduces the flow rate when the calculated required heat exceeds the capacity of the supply IIm. It consists of a gas instantaneous water heater installed and a faucet that supplies hot water at a predetermined temperature from the water heater and discharges hot water at a set discharge temperature. When it is stopped, it automatically returns to the fully open state after a predetermined period of time has elapsed after the heating stop.

(Function) Therefore, even if you once close the #4 closing valve of the faucet with the water volume valve throttled, and then open the valve again within a predetermined period of time, for example 3 minutes, and use it again, the water volume valve will still be closed. Since it remains closed, a large amount of hot water will not suddenly flow into the faucet.

In addition, during the above-mentioned predetermined time, the water supply pipe from the faucet to the heat exchanger is cooled by heat radiation, and even if the water flow valve returns to full open, hot water will not be discharged when the faucet is used, and you will not get burned. do not have.

The use of the above thermostatic mixing valve (B) is based on the calculated required amount of heat, which is the maximum amount of heat expected to be required to boil the circulating and flowing 'IM (water) to the set temperature and maintain the temperature at the set temperature. By setting an appropriate value with some margin, for example, exceeding 150Kcal/min,
Further, the suspension of use of the thermostatic mixing valve (B) is determined by the fact that the water flow rate sensor (2) no longer detects the flow rate.

1 After a predetermined period of time has passed, the water flow pulp returns to its fully open state, but during that time the water temperature in the hot water supply pipes from the various faucets to the heat exchanger cools down due to heat radiation, and even if the faucet is reused, it will remain hot. Hot water does not come out, and the predetermined S temperature is discharged.
