  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 制御油を、メカニカルトリツプ弁、ロツク
    アウト弁およびマスタトリツプソレノイド弁を順
    次介して制御弁に供給する蒸気タービンの保安装
    置において、前記マスタトリツプソレノイド弁の
    パイロツト回路油管にパイロツト回路の逆流を防
    止する逆流防止機構を設けたことを特徴とする蒸
    気タービンの保安装置。 (2) 逆流防止機構は、パイロツト回路油管に介
    挿される逆止弁からなる実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の蒸気タービンの保安装置。 (3) 逆流防止機構は、パイロツト回路油管に介
    挿されるオリフイスからなる実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の蒸気タービンの保安装置。
