(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a sheet formed by a napped needle punch, in which the napped loop part is mainly made of water- and oil-repellent treated polyester fibers, and the napped loose bottom part is mainly made of antibacterial and deodorized polyester fibers. In addition, a sheet made mainly of water- and oil-repellent polyester fiber is arranged on the needle side of the needle punch, and a fiber sheet made mainly of polyester fiber treated with antibacterial and deodorizing properties is arranged on the opposite side and laminated, and then finish punching is performed. Then, both sheets are integrated in one process, and the sheet is manufactured using a napped needle punch, in which the napped loop part is mainly made of water- and oil-repellent polyester fibers, and the bottom part of the napped loop is mainly made of antibacterial and deodorized polyester fibers. It is about the method. That is, in the present invention, water- and oil-repellent polyester fibers are mainly unevenly distributed in the napped pile part, while antibacterial and deodorizing polyester fibers are mainly arranged at the bottom of the napped pile, and the bottom part with surface stain resistance is antibacterial. It is an odor resistant knee. The water- and oil-repellent processed ester fibers used in the present invention are those obtained by adding a water- and oil-repellent agent, mainly represented by Ethylene Tele 7 water- and oil-repellent agent, to the undrawn fibers or to the fibers after drawing. It is manufactured by applying it to a web or sheet, and it uses a catalyst or other reaction accelerator after or at the time of application. In the subsequent process, heat or the like is applied during application to react or polymerize the water and oil repellent agent, resulting in a processed fiber. The antibacterial and deodorizing treated polyester fiber used in the present invention is a fiber made of fiber-forming polyester mainly having ethylene terephthalate repeating units, and an antibacterial agent typified by an organic silicone yarn containing a quaternary anthonium group. After dyeing and washing, the material was simultaneously immersed in a liquid bath containing an antibacterial agent, treated at a certain temperature for a certain period of time to remove the liquid, finished, and dried by selecting appropriate methods. It is an antibacterial polyester fiber. Of course, the antibacterial and deodorizing treated polyester fibers may be imparted with antibacterial properties at the stage of undrawn yarn, at the time of drawing, after drawing, and in the form of a web or sheet. The fiber-forming polyester mainly having ethylene terephthalate units is composed of ethylene terephthalate in an amount of 90 mo/I/% or more, and contains other diol components, dicarboxylic acid components, and oxycarboxylic acid components in a proportion of 10% or less. It is copolymerized.

The manufacturing method of the needle punch used in the present invention is to insert a sheet made of water- and oil-repellent polyester fiber and insert it into the sheet made of water- and oil-repellent polyester fiber. The oil-added polyester fibers pass through the sheet on the opposite side and are unevenly distributed on the opposite side as fiber loops, and the antibacterial and deodorized polyester fibers remain at the bottom of the loops, and as a result, the napped loops are mainly water and oil repellent. This is a method of obtaining a sheet by needle punching, in which treated polyester fibers were unevenly distributed; the bottom of the napped loops was mainly composed of antibacterial and deodorizing treated polyester AZII male.

When the resulting needle-punched sheet is used as a rug, the surface is water- and oil-repellent, so even if a water-based liquid or an oil-based liquid is spilled, the stain will not stick to the rug by simply wiping it off.

In addition, bacteria and microorganisms that live around the human body sink to the bottom of the nape loop and multiply, emitting bad odors and causing hygienic problems, but this rug suppresses these problems. (Example) 10 denier of polyethylene terephthalate fiber: 76
The cut-length staples were polished using a conventional dyeing machine using an Overmyer type dyeing machine. After scouring, use the following recipe and conditions.
At the same time as dyeing, water and oil repellent treatment was performed. After dyeing, it was washed with hot water, water, and dried. This stable was carded to form a card web, which was superimposed on 30097II' and pre-punched.

Even when this raised needle-punched sheet is used as a rug, there is almost no growth of bacteria or microorganisms on the bottom of the pile, and the water- and oil-repellent polyester fibers are on both the front and the raised pile, and the bottom is treated with antibacterial treatment. It has been found that polyester fibers can be used to obtain needle-punched sheets suitable for use as rugs.
