DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION A. Object of the Invention Industrial Field of Application The present invention relates to a composition for cleaning vehicles using a gate-type washer, and is particularly effective in removing water scale stains. Conventional technology In recent years, paid car washes using so-called lukewarm blacking type gate-type car wash machines have become rapidly popular at gas stations, and waxing is performed at the same time as the car wash. Technological innovations have been made to make it possible to wash cars, and it is thought that the use of gate-type car wash machines will increase more and more in the future.

By the way, the vehicle cleaning agent used in this gate-type car wash machine has traditionally been an aqueous cleaning agent containing cationic surfactants, anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, etc. as main ingredients. In addition, silicate, tribo-IJ
Alkaline detergents containing IJ phosphate have also been developed. Problems that the invention aims to solve When using the above-mentioned detergent in a gate-type car washer, the dust and mud on the vehicle cannot be removed. The so-called water stains that come off, but hardly ever come off.

Therefore, if you constantly repeat washing and waxing using this gate-type car wash, the water and dirt will gradually accumulate.
This reduces the luster of the entire army, making the color look dull and detracting from the vehicle's aesthetics. In addition, when this water scale stain is present, there are also disadvantages such as poor water repellency and difficulty in obtaining gloss when waxing the car using a gate-type car wash.

To remove this water scale stain, remove it manually.
The current situation is that many people avoid using this type of car washing method because it requires a lot of effort and time to remove the dirt with rewaxing.

The object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning composition that can remove not only dust and mud but also water scale stains simply by washing the car with this gate-type car wash machine, and to eliminate the various drawbacks caused by the residual water scale stains. This is an attempt to eliminate the problem throughout the suburbs.

Structure and operation of the invention The structure of the present invention is a cleaning agent for cleaning vehicles used in a brushing-type gate-type car wash machine, in which a mixture of water, a surfactant, and a solvent contains particles of particle size. The gist of the present invention is a water scale cleaning composition for a gate-type car wash machine, which is characterized in that it contains an abrasive having a hardness of 0.1 to 5μ and a Mohs hardness of 2 to 6.

Means for Solving the Problems The present inventors mainly studied the addition of a material with an abrasive effect to a conventional cleaning agent mainly composed of water and a surfactant, and developed an abrasive agent that satisfies specific conditions. They found that this formulation was extremely effective in removing water scale stains, and found that the effect could be further improved by adding a solvent suitable for swelling the stain.

In other words, the composition of the present invention is an emulsion composition consisting of an abrasive, a solvent, a surfactant, and water, and the abrasive therein satisfies the following specific conditions.

It is required to meet two conditions: 2 to 6. Even if the particle size is within this range, if the Mohs hardness is outside the range of 2 to 6, it is inappropriate, and if it is outside the range of ~5μ. If so, it becomes an unsuitable abrasive.

If the particle size of this abrasive is within the range and a hard abrasive with a Mohs hardness exceeding 6 is used, the hardness will be too large and cause countless scratches on the painted surface of the vehicle, significantly reducing the gloss of the painted surface. This accelerates the deterioration of the paint, causing dulling of the luster, and scraping off the edges of the vehicle, causing significant damage to the vehicle and its painted surface. On the other hand, a soft abrasive having a particle size within this range and a Mohs hardness of less than 2 has almost no effect in removing water stains.

The Mohs hardness of this abrasive is within the range and the particle size is 5μ.
If the hardness exceeds the hardness, it is effective in removing water scale stains, but as with the case of high hardness, it damages the painted surface, reduces gloss and luster, and accelerates the deterioration of the paint. On the other hand, the Mohs hardness of this abrasive is within the range and the particle size is 0.
If the particle size is less than 1 μm, the effect of removing water scale stains will be almost nil, as in the case of soft hardness mentioned above.

It should be noted that abrasives whose hardness and particle size both exceed the upper limits will cause significant deterioration of the painted surface and cannot be used, and those whose hardness and particle size are both below the lower limits will not be effective in removing water scale stains. Needless to say, if the hardness exceeds the upper limit and the particle size is less than the lower limit, the high hardness will cause countless small line scratches on the painted surface, resulting in decreased gloss and blurring. On the other hand, if the hardness is less than the lower limit and the particle size exceeds the upper limit, the effect of the softness of the hardness will be large and the water scale stain removal effect will be almost nil. That is, examples of abrasives that can be used in the present invention include diatomaceous earth, calcium carbonate, and kaolin, which can be used very suitably.

The content of the above-mentioned abrasive in the composition of the present invention is preferably in the range of 1 to 30% based on the total composition, and even if it contains 80% or more of the abrasive, the stain removal effect will not change, so it is not economically wasteful. On the other hand, if the content is less than 1%, the water stain removal effect will be greatly reduced. In the present invention, the solvent is mainly mixed into the composition by an emulsification method, but this solvent is not commonly used. Petroleum hydrocarbons, aw-x-tv, chlorine hydrocarbons, esters, ketones, ethers, etc. can be used for
Those whose main component is petroleum-based hydrocarbons are good. The action of this solvent has the effect of swelling water scale stains, making them easier to remove with subsequent brushing.

Of course, it is important not to damage the painted surface at this time.
Therefore, petroleum-based hydrocarbons are preferred. This solvent, which is mainly composed of petroleum-based hydrocarbons, does not damage painted surfaces, rubber, plastics, etc., and also works to improve cleaning power.
