中を掘削、撹拌し、掘削機先端からセメントグラ
ウトのような固結剤を注入して土壌を凝結させる
従来の地盤改良杭工法においては、土壌が砂層等
の粗粒土の場合は比較的撹拌が容易であるが、シ
ルト層の粘性土の場合は粘性土がミキシングヘツ
ド2の撹拌翼3に付着してヘツドと共に回転する
いわゆる共廻り現象が生じ、撹拌が困難であるの
みならず、地中に通じる道が形成されてブローす
なわち注入材が地上に噴出するという欠点があつ
た。この粘性土の付着は、ヘツドの回転数を
150rpm以上に上げ、遠心力を作用させて防ぐこ
ともできるが、一般に大型の機械は回転数が低い
ので回転数を上げ、旋工能率を上げることは非常

より掘削孔内を撹拌させる折曲軸部を形成してあ
る点に特徴を有する。この考案のヘツドは、この
ように形成されているので、比較的回転数が低く
ても遠心力が有効に働き、撹拌ロツドの軌跡とク
ランク軸状の軌跡が大きく異なるので土壌は同一
周期で回転せず乱軌跡を描くため撹拌は十分行な
われ、またヘツドが直線ではなく折れ曲つている
ため、撹拌液がロツドを伝わつて地上にブローす
ることが少なく、撹拌効率が高いという優れた効
