[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a skein that can be rolled up in a large amount and can be easily divided into predetermined lengths.

Normally, when thread is wound onto a bobbin, it is possible to wind the thread compactly and for a long time, but on the other hand, there is a drawback that the thread becomes curly. On the other hand, yarn wound into a skein does not cause curling, but the yarn length is 1.
When the thread length of a skein is limited and a thread longer than the thread length of one skein is required, the end thread of the skein must be knotted, and it is preferable to have no knotted part. The situation is such that it is difficult to apply. On the other hand, if the yarn length per skein is increased, it has the disadvantage that it is difficult to divide the yarn into predetermined lengths when a yarn shorter than the yarn length per skein is required.

That is, the yarn of the present invention is composed of a plurality of small skeins having a constant length, and each small skein is bound by a binding thread, and is made of a single thread without knots between the small skeins. It is a skein that is characterized by the fact that it is

The length of the small ridge is a certain length, for example 500m, and 5
The yarn is made into two small skeins and connected without knots, and by making a 2500m long skein, it is possible to make a long thread with less winding. The number of small rivets is usually about 2 to 5, but may be 10 or more.

The skein of the present invention uses a skein winding machine equipped with a means to move the traverse position of the twill guide, and a plurality of small skeins are continuously formed using one thread. It can be obtained by tying them together and then making them into a single skein.

The movement of the traversing position of the guide holder 5 is normally performed by the cylinder shaft 3, which is not in reciprocating motion. Guide shafts 4 are slidably passed through the guide holder 5 at both ends, and fixed to the cylinder shaft 3 at the center, and when moving the traverse position, the cylinder shaft 3 is moved by a guide moving device (cylinder) 7. and parallel to the traverse direction (longitudinal direction of the winding frame 1).
The distance is 3 cm or more in the twill width, preferably 5 to 10
By moving the yarn by a length of cm, a plurality of small skeins 9 with connected threads can be obtained. The guide moving device 7 is provided integrally with the guide shaft 4 and moves in the same way as the traversing guide 2. and yarn 8
Each time a certain length of the yarn is wound, the cylinder shaft 3 is moved by the cylinder 7, and the guide holder 5 and the traversing guide 2 are moved to form a small skein 9.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the skeins of the present invention in a state where each small skein is expanded. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the skeins of the present invention. The skein obtained by the skein winding machine shown in Figure 1 is small skein 9.
Each of them is bound by a binding thread 10, and each is continuous by a crossover thread 11. Then, a plurality of small skeins 9 with continuous threads are tied together with the skein binding thread 1.

As described above, the skein of the present invention is composed of a plurality of small skeins in which the threads are continuous and the thread length is constant. By cutting the skein into one or more pieces, the skein can be easily shortened and supplied.

For example, when applied to the threads of the skein of the present invention, the length can be adjusted for each unit length, and there is an advantage that there is no twisting. Also, when knitting with wool etc. on a knitting machine, care must be taken at knots.
Since the skein of the present invention can be made into yarn of the required length without knots, it is convenient to apply it to woolen yarn, etc.

In addition, the skein of the present invention is advantageous when a large number of short, constant length yarns are required for yarn processing.
