Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はフランジボビンにまかれた糸を該ボビ
ンの軸方向に引出す解舒方法において、引出され
る方のフランジ周縁と糸の摺擦抵抗を減少せしめ
ることによつて、解舒性を向上せしめるようにし

フランジボビンより糸をその軸方向に解舒引出
す場合、引出される方のフランジに近接した糸層
より解舒される場合、張力が過大となり、種々の
障害が生じ、改善対策が要望されている。即ち第
1図のフランジボビンの断面図に示す如く、台板
1上の軸3にフランジ2a,2bを両端にもつた
フランジボビン2を装着する。4,5はその上に
まかれた糸層で、4は比較的解舒容易な部分、5
は解舒されるがわのフランジ2aに近傍している
ので解舒困難な部分である。従つて糸層4より解
舒される場合の糸6aの張力は小さいが、糸層5
より解舒される場合の糸6bはフランジ2aの周
縁に強く摺擦されるので高い張力となる。よつて
本考案者は第2図のA上面図、B断面図(上方一
部分)に示した無如く、フランジボビン2のフラ
ンジ2aの外周に円環7を設け、例えば円環7の
内周に複数個設けた噴射口9a,9b,9c,9
d等よりフランジ2aやその下方の糸層5の外周
に、糸6,6aが解舒の為に回転する方向(矢印
F方向)に空気が旋回するように噴射せしめる。
8は円環7を支持し、かつ円環7内に噴射用圧縮
空気を供給するパイプである。かくすると解舒の
為矢印方向に旋回する糸6,6aは、同方向に旋
回する空気によつて回転を助けられることにな
り、糸6aの解舒抵抗は著しく緩和されることに

タンク12より空気を供給するようにしてある。
パイプ8には電磁バルブ13を取付ける。フラン
ジボビン2の糸層4,5より引出された糸6はガ
イド10を経て張力感知器(または張力調整装
置)11を通に矢印Eの方向に引取られる。解舒
位置が糸層5に接近し張力(糸6の)が所定の限
界をこえると感知器11は電気配線14によつて
電磁バルブ13に信号を送り、該電磁バルブ13
を開いて圧縮空気タンク12よりの圧縮空気を円
環7内に送る。しかるとき第2図Aに示されたよ
うに噴射口9a,9b,9c,9dより空気が噴
出し、円環7とフランジ2a等との間を旋回する
ので、糸6,6aは引張りによらずとも空気の旋
回につれて或る程度解舒を助けられることにな
る。従つて糸層5でも解舒に支障はなくなる。張
力が低下すれば、感知器11により電磁バルブ1
3の閉鎖が行われる。このようにしてフランジボ
ビンよりの糸の解舒は補助され在来生じていた障
