ール外周面に対向する圧延ロール軸方向両端縁に
前記圧延ロール外周面よりも径方向内側へ突出す
る周方向凸部を形成すると共に、前記圧延ロール
外周面の該凸部に対向する位置に、該凸部が相対
的回転自在に嵌合する周方向の溝を形成したこと
