Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the speaker production line by using the resin of which essential component is a urethane resin of moisture-hardening type and by adding to it a quick-hardening adhesion by ultraviolet irradiation and leaving the unhardened part for natural, gradual hardening by the moisture in the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic circuit is composed of a plate 8 that has a center pole 8, a ring-form magnet 10, and a top plate 11 also of ring-form, to which a frame 12 is assembled. To the periphery part of the frame 12, a diaphragm 14, in addition to a gasket 13, is assembled by adhesion. In the center part of the diaphragm 14, a voice coil 15 is assembled. In the connecting parts of the speaker parts such as the connecting part between a dust-preventive net 19 and the gasket 13, that between the diaphragm 14 and the voice coil 15 to which the ultraviolet irradiation is possible, an ultraviolet-hardening adhesive with moisture hardening characteristic i.e. and adhesive of which essential component is a urethane resin is utilized. After applying the adhesive to the connecting part, the parts to be bonded are assembled to each other, and exposed to the ultarviolet rays. By properly deciding the intensity and the duration of the irradiation the condition to provide the best initial adhesion intensity is able to be obtained.

Conventional configurations and their problems Conventional speaker assembly uses mainly rubber-based adhesives, but because they contain large amounts of organic solvents, they dry slowly and take a long time to harden. However, it has the disadvantage of poor workability, as well as a poor working environment and the possibility of causing a fire due to the atmosphere, leaving various problems unsolved. Recently, fast-curing two-part reactive adhesives have been used for the voice coil 1, diaphragm 2, damper 3, frame 4, etc. shown in FIG. 1, and are replacing rubber-based adhesives. Acrylic and epoxy systems are commonly used as two-component reactive adhesives, but the application method is difficult, it is difficult to apply a small amount, the curing speed is affected by the environmental temperature, and the adhesive's tackiness and bending are difficult. Since there is no tack, it cannot be applied to the connection between the gasket 5 and the dustproof net 6. In other words, in the connection between the gasket 6 and the dustproof net 6, if there is no tack, the dustproof net 6 will be difficult to fix, and the dustproof net 6 will sag. Due to the walnuts in the net 6, when the diaphragm 2 vibrates, the diaphragm 2 hits the dustproof net 6, causing abnormal noise.

In either case, problems remained in assembling the speaker.Purpose of the InventionThe present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks. The object of the present invention is to provide a speaker using an adhesive that gradually hardens even in areas that have not been irradiated with ultraviolet rays due to moisture in the air, and eventually hardens completely. In order to achieve this, the present invention is applied to the parts that can be irradiated with ultraviolet rays at each partial joint location, and as an adhesive, a resin that is cured by ultraviolet light and gradually cured by moisture, that is, a moisture-curable urethane resin is used. The main component is urethane acrylate resin or urethane-based resin, and it has a structure that provides fast curing and full adhesive strength by UV irradiation, and some uncured parts are made of a material that gradually hardens with moisture in the atmosphere. By adopting this configuration, a streamlined speaker assembly line is realized.

Description of an Actual Case An example of the present invention is shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 7 indicates a plate 9 having a center ball 8, a ring-shaped magnet 10. A magnetic circuit is also constituted by a ring-shaped upper plate 11. A frame 12 is connected to this magnetic circuit 7, and a peripheral edge of a diaphragm 14 is bonded to the peripheral edge of the frame 12 together with a gasket 13. A voice coil 16 is coupled to the center of the diaphragm 14 of the insulator, and the middle part of the voice coil 16 is connected to the periphery so that the voice coil 16 fits into the magnetic gap 16 of the magnetic circuit 7 without eccentricity. frame 12
It is held by a damper 17 adhesively bonded to. Further, a dust cap 18 is attached to the upper center surface of the imaging plate 14, and a dustproof net 19 is attached to the gasket 13.

In a speaker having such a configuration, there are parts where the speaker parts are connected that can be irradiated with ultraviolet light, such as the dustproof net 19 and the gasket 13, the diaphragm 14 and the voice coil 16.
, an ultraviolet curing adhesive having moisture curing, that is, an adhesive mainly composed of urethane acrylate resin or urethane resin, is used at the joints between the voice coil 15 and the damper 17, and between the damper 17 and the frame 12. That is, after applying an adhesive to the bonded portion, the adherend is assembled, and ultraviolet rays are irradiated. By considering the irradiation intensity and irradiation time, conditions for optimal initial adhesive strength can be found. Initial adhesive strength refers to the adhesive that hardens during speaker assembly to ensure that the adherend adheres to the bonded area, causing no problems during assembly line work, and sufficient strength as an adhesive during final inspection (operation test). It means that the adhesive has sufficient adhesive strength to perform its function.

In the case of a porous adherend, the adhesive penetrates into the adherend, so the ultraviolet rays do not contribute to curing of the adhesive penetrated. It is impossible to irradiate the penetrated adhesive with ultraviolet rays, but the penetrated adhesive will be exposed to 12Hr~2AH due to the moisture in the air.
It hardens after r. As described above, since the adherend is fixed by irradiating ultraviolet rays for 6 to 10 seconds, it is possible to rationalize the assembly of the speaker.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention not only makes it possible to streamline the assembly of speakers, but also improves the working environment because no organic solvent is used. It has the advantages of fast bonding of adherends, almost no shrinkage of the adhesive, and the ability to manufacture speakers of stable quality, making it of great industrial value.
