従来例の構成とその問題点

面を参照しながら上述したような従来の偏向ヨークのリ
ード線の取付、固定の構造について説明する。第1図に
おいて1はリード線、2は固定枠、3は水平コイル、垂
直コイル、4はコイル上の外装シールド体、5は締付バ
ンド、6はアライメントマグネットである。第2図、第
3図に示すように固定枠、2に設けられた角穴7にリー
ド線1の一端を通して折り曲げ、これに水平コイル、垂
直コイル3の両端部を半田付けにより接続した後、接続

発明の目的

発明の構成

後部に設けたボビン外径に沿い、リード線を引き入れる
ため一部を切り欠いた円筒状のカバー部と、これと嵌合
することにより収納部全形成する蓋板により構成されて
いる。この構成により、水平コイル、垂直コイル両端部
とリード線との接続部が、絶縁物である樹脂製のカバー
部と蓋板の中に納められ、接続部の露出、偏向ヨーク本
体からの遊離が防止できるとともに、接続部に機械的衝

イル、垂直コイル両端部とリード線との接続部の固定構
造を示すものである。第4図において、8&i水平コイ
ル、垂直コイル全巻装した円筒状のボビンで、このボビ
ン8の後部にはボビン8より大径で一部に切り欠き部9
をもった円筒状ツカバー部10が設けられている。ボビ
ン8と一体となった円筒状のカバー部1oと嵌合して収
納部全形成するリング状で外周の一部に突片11全有す
る蓋板12があり、この蓋板12はボビン8に挿入され
、ボビン8に設けられた可撓性の突起部13とカバー部
10の端面との間に挾持されてボビン8に取り付けられ
る。なお、突片11はカバー部1oの切欠き10&によ
