加熱された所定量の湯を、給水管８により供給さ
れる水又は湯の圧力を利用して洗浄室１内に設け
た洗浄タンク７に送り、水量設定器１１で設定し
た所定量の洗浄液として貯溜せしめる一方、前記
貯湯槽５内には、運転最初の洗浄液、洗浄につづ
いて送るすすぎ液として所定量を貯溜せしめる如
くした食器洗浄機において、前記貯溜槽５内の出
口近傍の湯温を検知して、該湯温がすすぎ液に要
求される所定温度よりも稍々高い第１設定温度以
上の場合に第１出力Ｈ１を発信し、該第１出力Ｈ
１を前記所定温度よりも稍々低い第２設定温度に
低下するまで保持して消失せしめ、また、前記第
２設定温度以上の場合には第２出力Ｈ２を発信し
、該第２出力Ｈ２を前記第２設定温度よりも低い
第３設定温度に低下するまで保持して消失せしめ
る温度調節手段１０を前記貯湯槽５に関連させて
設ける一方、前記給水管８に電磁弁１２を介設せ
しめ、さらに、前記温度調節手段１０の前記第１
出力Ｈ１で前記ヒータ６の加熱運転を停止せしめ
、前記第２出力Ｈ２と前記水量設定器１１の水量
