Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a lens matching accurately with the lens fitting section of spectacle frame through spectacle lens work by providing means for profiling a lens work to be applied under rotation of copying operation while employing a dummy lens as the original die. CONSTITUTION:A dummy lens 3 is placed while matching the pupil point accurately with the center of rotation of base 1 and pressure held by a clamp 2. Then a lens work 6 is stopped coaxially on a rotary head 5 to rotate the base 1 and the rotary head 5 around the axis. Consequently, the assembly of the base 1, the dummy lens 3 and the clamp is slided in predetermined direction against a copying rod 4 in accordance to the profile of the outercircumference of the dummy lens 3. In other word, copying motion is executed and the lens work 6 will perform same copying motion together with the rotary head 5 to apply necessary cutting on the lens work 6 by means of a cutter 21 located at fixed position.

Conventionally, in order to obtain the lens shape of eyeglasses, [I] place the mirror frame flat with the front side facing down, hold it in two places on the side and in two places on the top, and hold it in place with pressers to prevent it from moving. With the tip of the []-shaped copying key pressed lightly against the fitting groove, the copying barrel is moved mechanically to copy the planar shape of the lens fitting groove of the eyeglass frame, and the lens-shaped workpiece is moved according to the copying movement. It depends on how the cutter cuts the paper into the desired contour shape. This conventional method has the following problems.

Since the front side of the eyeglass frame is three-dimensionally curved, it is extremely difficult to fix the eyeglass frame correctly and flat, and therefore it is almost impossible to move the copying key to the lens fitting part of the eyeglass frame without shifting. However, the reality is that you can only obtain a lens shape with an outline that approximates the shape of the eyeglass frame. Also, even if the corner mirror frame is placed correctly and flat, there may be instability in fixing the eyeglass frame. Due to the elastic deformability of the thin parts, when the tracing rod passes through these unstable or thin parts under pressure load, it has a tendency to bulge slightly outward and follow the contour. It is almost impossible to process it into a correct Saturn. Therefore, the outline was cut to match the amount of beads used in the conventional method, and when the J's were fitted, the eyeglass frame was deformed.

AM frame number: The JS fitting part is easy to see and has a good design (because it occupies a large weight, the dimensional error is -1f)
It is usually manufactured in an order of f or less. And the accuracy of the lens shape obtained by the conventional method has an error of 1.0~
It often reaches 1.5 fl. It is said that if the lens fitting part of an eyeglass frame is deformed even slightly from its original shape, it will appear as a different shape to the naked eye. In light of this, the problem is huge.

Since the tip of the dummy lens (3) is in contact with the surface of the dummy lens (3), this prevents the sitterney lens (3) from shifting due to the above pressure. Since it is made of a plastic material such as acrylic resin, the contact of the tips of the needle-like protrusions (B) with the tips of the needle-like protrusions (B) is sufficient to prevent the tummy lens (3) from shifting forward.

) If the dummy lens supported by the clamping pressure between the lenses is large, the outer ljl! When the profiling bale (4) makes EE contact with the edge from the lateral direction, a force component in the direction that follows the curvature acts on the 1-race:/, and the profiling bale (4) of Tamire:/″j. Since the side tends to float up, it is better to press the local part of the Yuzo lens toward the pedestal (1) side using the push screw Q4. After inking the Tammy lens (3) and lens-shaped workpiece (6), When the drive wheel (2) is rotated and the first spindle (8) and second spindle (9) are rotated at the same time, the pedestal (1) and the Tammy lens (3) and the head (5) are rotated. The same rotation is performed integrally with the lens-shaped workpiece (6).

Such modifications will be readily understood by those skilled in the art@
Effects of the Invention As described above, in the present invention, the eyeglass IJ lens and the Saturn workpiece are rotated at the same time, the outside of the Tammy lens and the tracing rod are brought into relative pressure contact, and as the lens rotates, , the Tammy lens is relatively tick-like with respect to the copying rod.
Since we performed a sliding motion that follows the contour shape of the outer periphery of the lens, and made the ball workpiece perform the same tracing motion, the contour cutting restrictions for the lens-shaped workpiece that are performed under the rotation that performs this tracing motion are as follows: The dummy lens will be used as a prototype, and the dummy lens will be supported between the pedestal and the clamp without deformation or displacement, so the eyeglass wearer will be able to
Regular type with the same size and shape as the lens, in other words, the size,
It is guaranteed that a piece of earthenware that matches the lens fitting portion of the eyeglass frame can be cut from the lens-shaped workpiece in terms of shape. This is because, as is known by those skilled in the art, originally, eyeglass lenses were made based on the base for forming the eyeglass frame's part. The object of the present invention has a size and shape that exactly matches the lens fitting part of the eyeglass frame. Since the shape and size of the machining are regulated to match the lens shape, the protruding part of the lens fitting part of the Ill Reresis eyeglass frame will be a perfect match, and the am flare machining will be performed by inserting the cut lens. For KIi, it is necessary to match the pupil distance of each individual. In this regard, in the present invention, the position and height of the pupil are matched with the eyeglass frame with a dummy lens placed on the face, and the distance is determined. 1J-I-Mark the area corresponding to the focal point of the lens, and it is possible to accurately (focus), which is useful. This also brings good medical results.
