Claims (1)
- 支持軸に軸受を介して支持された軸受ハウジン
グに、鏡面加工された多角側面を有する環状の回
転多面鏡を共軸的に取り付け、前記回転多面鏡を
前記軸受ハウジングとともに回転駆動する回転多
面鏡駆動装置において、前記軸受ハウジングと前
記回転多面鏡との間に介在された両者の間隔を広
げる付勢部材と、該付勢部材の付勢力に抗して前
記回転多面鏡の前記軸受ハウジングに対する間隔
を調整する調整部材とを備えた回転多面鏡駆動装
置。
