する隔壁内に水平方向に延びる略断面円形の冷却
水通路を形成して該冷却水通路内を流れる冷却水
により弁シート間のシリンダヘツド内壁面を冷却
するようにした内燃機関において、上記冷却水通
路をシリンダヘツドの外側面から穿設した盲穴内
に形成し、該冷却水通路のほぼ全長に亘つて延び
る分割板により冷却水通路断面を２分割して分割
板の両側に冷却水の往路および復路を形成したシ
