2のスロツトルバルブと、 上記第2のスロツトルバルブと連動可能に設け
られていて、アクセルペダルの踏み込みが解除さ
れたとき、その第2のスロツトルバルブを上記第
1のスロツトルバルブによつて得られるアイドル
時の吸気量に見合うバルブ開度となる態位に復帰
させる復帰部材と、 上記吸気路若しくは牽引部材およびリンク機構
のいずれかに設けられていて、上記アクセルペダ
ルの踏み込み時に、上記第2のスロツトルバルブ
