を内キヤツプから構成し、この内キヤツプの外側
に外キヤツプを回転可能に取付けるとともに、前
記内キヤツプと前記外キヤツプとが互に係合する
ように係合手段を設け、しかもこの係合手段によ
る係合が解除されるように付勢する付勢手段を前
記内キヤツプと前記外キヤツプの内の一方または
両者の間に設けるようにしたことを特徴とする容
