Conventionally, dust collection at locations with a dust source and transport or discharge means, such as the transfer section of a conveyor for transporting powder, a crusher, or the discharge section of a cooling drum for a demolding machine, has been conducted to prevent the generation of dust. For example, a bin-mounted dust collector as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is used to directly collect dust on the spot. That is, FIG. 1 shows an example of a bin mount dust collector used in a transfer section of a conveyor for transporting powder.
Hood 4 that covers the transfer section 3 of the two conveyors 1 and 2
On the top surface, the interior is partitioned into two upper and lower chambers, a clean gas chamber 5a and a dust-containing gas chamber 5b, by a partition plate 6, and a suction duct 7 is connected to the clean gas chamber 5a.
Furthermore, a dust collection tank 5 is attached to the dust-containing gas chamber 5b, and has a plurality of vertical filters 8 attached to a partition plate 6 so as to communicate with the clean gas chamber 5a. The dust generated by the filter is directly collected by the filter 8. on the other hand,
Figure 2 shows an example of a bin-mounted dust collector used in a cooling drum for crushing molds, separating and removing foundry sand adhering to cast products, and cooling the discharging portion 9a at the tip of the cooling drum 9. A dust collection tank 5 having the same structure as the dust collection tank 5 shown in FIG. It is designed to be collected. In the drawing, numeral 10 is a discharge conveyor for collected dust, and numeral 11 is a conveyor for discharging cast products.

The bin mount dust collector configured as described above has the dust collection tank 5 directly connected to the top surface of the hood 4 as shown in the figure, so there is no need to provide a separate installation location for the dust collection tank 5, and the effective floor space in the factory is It is possible to have a wide space, and since there is no need for a duct to connect between the hood 4 and the dust collection tank 5, equipment costs can be reduced accordingly, and blockage accidents due to dust can be eliminated.Furthermore, Since the collection duct can be discharged by the conveyor 2 or 10, it is possible to achieve rational and functional effects such as eliminating the need for a separate discharge device.

However, with a bin-mounted dust collector configured like this, if the dust collector is small compared to the amount of dust generated, if the filtration air speed is increased to reduce the cost of the dust collector, or if the dust to be collected is In the case of very light weight, etc., the dust removed from the filter 8 by a pulse jet or other dust removal device (not shown) is collected by the hood 4 and the dust-containing gas chamber 5b. There is a problem that the dust may be re-dispersed on the rising air current and re-attached to the filter 8. Also, in the case of high-humidity gas dust, it may re-attach to the filter 8 and cause clogging, and the hood 4 and There was a problem that dew condensed on the inner wall of the dust collection tank 5.

FIG. 3 is a front sectional view showing a state in which the bin-mounted dust collector according to the present invention is installed at a transfer section of a conveyor for transporting powder, and shows two conveyors 1 and 2.
The inside of a dust collection tank 5 connected by a flange to the upper surface of a hood 4 that covers a transfer section 3 is divided into a clean gas chamber 5a and a dust-containing gas chamber 2 by a partition plate 6 as in the conventional example.
The clean gas chamber 5a is divided into two upper and lower chambers.
A suction duct 7 is connected to the suction fan (not shown). Further, a duct receiver 12 having a hopper shape as a whole is attached to the lower end opening of the dust-containing gas chamber 5b, with a rising passage interval 13 for the dust-containing gas left open on at least one side. The discharge port 12a is vertically provided on one side of the hood 4 and above the second stage conveyor 2 so as not to be affected by the upward airflow generated within the hood 4. Reference numeral 14 denotes a discharge device, such as a weight balance discharge machine, a screw conveyor, or a rotary valve, which is attached to the discharge port 12a of the dust receiver 12.

The upper part of the dust-containing gas chamber 5b of the dust receiver 12 configured as described above constitutes a dust collection area 5b', and the part of the upper partition plate 6 of this area 5b' is connected to the clean gas chamber 5a. A plurality of filters 8 are vertically disposed with their lower ends facing the upper edge opening of the dust receiver 12. Further, the part of the upper dust-containing gas chamber 5b in the rising passage interval 13 is an airflow rising area 5b'', and between this airflow rising area 5b'' and the dust collection area 5b', there is an airflow rising area 5b''. A plurality of louvers 15 are arranged in parallel at intervals to rectify the dust-containing gas that is suctioned upward into the dust collecting area 5b'.

As described above, the bin mount dust collector of the present invention, which is applied to the transfer section 3 of the conveyor, collects dust generated from the transfer section 3 by the suction action of the fan, and is transported to the airflow rising area 5 through the passage gap 13 as shown by the arrow.
The dust collected by the filters 8 is periodically or arbitrarily brushed off by a dust removal device (not shown) such as a pulse jet and is stored in the dust receiver 12 below. The dust brushed off into the dust receiver 12 is sufficiently condensed here so that it will not be re-scattered, and when a certain amount is reached, the dust is dropped by the discharge device 14 through the discharge port 12a onto the second stage conveyor 2 without being affected by the rising air current, and is then discharged outside the hood 4.

Next, FIG. 4 is a side sectional view showing a state in which the bin-mounted dust collector according to the present invention is installed on the cooling drum 9 of a demolding machine, and the structure of the entire dust collector is completely the same as the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 above. Because they are the same,
Only the reference numerals are given and detailed explanations are omitted. In this embodiment, the lower end discharge port 12a of the dust receiver 12 is vertically disposed on one side of the interior of the hood 4 which is detached from the discharge section 9a of the cooling drum 9, so that the dust to be discharged is discharged from the discharge section 9a. It is designed to prevent dust from re-adhering and to reduce re-scattering of dust due to rising air currents as much as possible.Furthermore, the dust that is condensed and discharged from the discharge port 12a of the dust receiver 12 is transferred to the discharge conveyor 10. It is designed to be dropped upward and discharged outside the hood 4.

In addition, in the case of the bin-mounted dust collector for cooling drums shown in Fig. 4, a passage gap 13 and an airflow rising area 5b' are provided in the center, and two sets of dust collectors consisting of filters 8 and dust receivers 12 are provided on the left and right sides of the passage space 13 and the airflow rising area 5b'. In some cases, the devices are installed symmetrically to improve the dust collection ability.

As described above, in the present invention, the dust suction passage and the discharge passage for the collected dust brushed off from the filter are separate passages, so that the condensed dust discharged from the dust receiver is not affected by the rising air current. This method solves the problem of the dust that has been brushed off being re-scattering and re-adhering to the filter, thereby increasing the filtration air speed of the dust collector and reducing the cost of the dust collector. Furthermore, even when the dust is very light, the problem of re-scattering can be minimized. It has the advantage of being able to prevent dust condensation by simply installing a heater in the dust receiver, and can be applied to dust-generating parts such as conveyor transfer parts, cooling drums, and other crushers as shown in the figure. It is suitable.
