出部４ｂが形成された飾りグリル４とを具備し、
前記円柱状突起部４ａおよび円柱状膨出部４ｂの
中心孔４ｃを挿通した取付ビス３によりスピーカ
２および飾りグリル４をバツフル板１に取り付け
