水可能に上下に数段に仕切る通水性仕切体と、こ
の通水性仕切体で仕切られた各段毎に収納された
弾性変形可能なカプセルとよりなり、このカプセ
ル内にブラインの冷熱を氷として蓄熱しこの氷の
融解熱を負荷側の冷熱源とする水を封入したこと
