Claims (1)
- 複数の磁気デイスクを同軸上に固定し、前記磁
気デイスクの最上部の記録面にサーボ情報を書き
込み、前記サーボ情報をサーボヘツドにより検出
してシーク動作を行なうサーボ面サーボ方式の磁
気デイスク装置において、前記最上部の磁気デイ
スク上を移動する磁気ヘツドの移動範囲の上部に
近接して、Ｎｉ―Ｚｎからなる超微粒子を設けた
ことを特徴とする磁気デイスク装置。
