Conventional napkins are usually made of cloth, so if you use the napkin spread out above your knees, and spill food etc. on it, the liquid will permeate through the napkin and stain the clothes underneath. There were drawbacks such as staining.

In addition, two pieces of fabric are sewn together at the periphery with one corner serving as an opening, and a string is connected to both ends of the opening to inscribe each side inside a bag-shaped napkin body. A napkin in which a flexible waterproof paper cloth of different size is housed in such a way that it can be taken in and out through the opening has been proposed in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 52-151989. Because of the hassle, it is difficult to iron only the napkin body or use waterproof paper cloth as the surface, and it is also difficult to iron the napkin so that it fits above the roughly rectangular knees of a person seated. There is a drawback that it cannot be done.

This invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and allows cloth napkins of almost the same shape and size stacked on a soft plastic film to be easily separated apart from the one side where they are attached, and only the cloth napkins can be ironed. It can also be used with a soft plastic film as the surface, and by pushing the protrusion on one side of the film into the belt and attaching it, it can be placed in a state that matches the shape of the seated person's lap. The bag part provided on the protruding part of the film is pushed into the belt part, so the bag part does not get in the way of using the napkin, and when using the napkin, The purpose of the present invention is to provide a napkin with a bag part hidden behind clothes to improve appearance.

Reference numeral 1 is a cloth napkin, which does not need to be specially made and can be made by using a handkerchief or the like. On the back side of this napkin 1, a film 2 made of soft plastic such as vinyl resin, which is approximately the same shape and size as the napkin 1, is placed.
A part of one side is welded by heat sealing or the like. In addition to this welding, even if it is fixed by other methods,
Alternatively, the two may be detachably attached using a suitable attachment device. 3 is the above-mentioned napkin 1, film 2
The protrusion has a width approximately one-third of the width of the napkin 1, and its base is fixed by welding or the like to approximately the center of the one side of both the protrusions. A bag portion 4 is formed with an open opening, and a lid portion 5 protruding like a mountain is formed in the center of the opening portion of the bag portion 4, and a film is folded into the lid portion 5. It is desirable that it be double layered and reinforced.

In this invention as described above, when in use, the napkin 1 is placed on the front side and the film 2 is placed on the back side.
It is worn by spreading it out above the knees and pushing the protruding part 3 into the belt part in the case of Western clothes, or into the collar part in the case of Japanese clothes. Even if food spills are dropped onto the napkin 1, the film 2 on the back prevents the liquid from penetrating the clothes.

Next, when carrying around after use, the wide napkin 1 and film 2 are folded from the protruding part 3, and the lid part 5 is opened and stored in the bag part 4 to reduce the size.

Since the napkin 1 is only partially attached to the film 2, it can be easily washed by hand separately from the film.

As described above, this invention consists of overlapping a soft plastic film of approximately the same shape and size on the back side of a cloth napkin, and fixing a part of one side of the film to the back side of the cloth napkin, and opening the one side of the film toward the napkin. Since the protrusion is formed with a pouch,
You can easily pull apart the parts other than the one side that fastens and iron or wash only the cloth napkin. Depending on where you use it, you can also use a soft plastic film on the surface. By pushing the protrusion on one side of the film into the belt and attaching it, the film is placed so that it covers the entire area above the knees of a person sitting on the seat, so there is no chance of getting the area above the knees dirty with food spills, etc. Moreover, since the protruding part is pushed into the band part, the bag part does not get in the way of using the napkin.Furthermore, the bag part can be hidden behind clothes, so it looks good when using the napkin. Furthermore, since the bag portion is provided on the protruding portion of the film, the entire napkin can be stored in the bag portion. Therefore, the napkin can be carried cleanly, and the napkin can be carried around without soiling the surroundings even after use.
