However, the above (1) has the disadvantage that it cannot be nested and becomes bulky when stored, the above (2) has the disadvantage that it cannot be stacked and is not easy to use, and the above (3) has the disadvantage that a large load is applied to the handle when stacking, resulting in a lack of strength. Although high quality steel is used, it has the disadvantage of rusting depending on the usage conditions.

Furthermore, the above-mentioned container has drawbacks such as a small allowable storage capacity for articles (poor storage efficiency, etc.) despite the large external dimensions of the container.

[Objective and Structure of the Invention] Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a transport container with a completely new structure that allows for cooking and nesting as necessary. The two fixed side plates are integrally formed with the bottom plate and are formed to gradually expand toward the upper opening edge, and the movable side plates are each pivotally attached to the upper opening edge, and the two fixed side plates are integrally formed with the bottom plate. It is characterized in that it is configured to be able to exhibit a state in which it hangs down substantially perpendicularly from the edge of the opening and a state in which it is tilted inward.

[Example] In the figure, la and lb are fixed side plates integrally formed on the long sides of a rectangular bottom plate 2, and the fixed side plates 1a and lb are oriented toward the upper opening edge 3 formed in the shape of a mouth frame. The grooves are formed so as to be inclined outward so that the distance therebetween gradually expands. Thus, 4a and 4b are movable side plates whose upper sides are pivotally attached to the inside of the upper opening edge 3, and the movable side plates 4a and 4b have a bottom portion 5 extending inward to the inside of the container at the lower edge thereof, and a bottom portion 5 extending toward the inside of the container at the lower edge thereof. Triangular side edges 6, 6 are extended, and the bottom 5 is connected to the bottom plate 2.
The side edges 6, 6 can overlap the inner surfaces of the fixed side plates la, lb. Reference numeral 7 indicates a notch formed in the bottom portion 5, and reference numeral 8 indicates an engagement piece protruding from the upper surface of both side edges of the bottom plate 2. Further, 9 is a movable side plate 4a.

A horizontal rib 10 protrudes from the outer surface of the fixed side plate 4b near the lower edge, and a vertical rib 10 is formed to hang down from the upper opening edge 3 to a height halfway up the outer surface of the fixed side plate 1a, lb.

In this case, the connecting portions of the upper sides of the movable side plates 4a, 4b with the upper opening edge 3 are made of thin resin so as to have flexibility.

In the wax transport container constructed in this manner, when storing the contents, the movable side plates 4a, 4b are pressed outward as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the movable side plates 4a, 4b is suspended so as to be in a substantially vertical position. When the required contents are loaded and stacked in this manner, the horizontal ribs 9 of the upper container can be placed over the upper opening edge 3 of the lower container, and the containers can be scooped as shown in FIG. In addition, in order to store only empty containers, by tilting the movable side plates 4a and 4b inward, the distance between the lower edges of both movable side plates 4a and 4b becomes narrower, so as shown in FIG. It is possible to nest by fitting approximately the lower half of the upper container into the container. In this case, the vertical rib 10 of the upper container rests on the upper opening edge 3 of the lower container.

In this embodiment, horizontal ribs 9 are provided protruding from the movable side plates 4a and 4b, so that the horizontal ribs are placed on top of the movable side plates 4a and 4b during stacking. When the container is opened, its lower edge may directly rest on the upper end opening of the lower container. In addition, in this embodiment, notches 7 are provided in the movable side plates 4a and 4b, and engaging pieces 8 are provided protruding from the bottom plate 2, so that when the movable side plates 4a and 4b are made substantially vertical, the engaging pieces 8 are inserted into the notches 7. Although the vertical state of the movable side plates 4a and 4b can be maintained by engaging with each other, in the present invention, it is not necessary to provide such a separate engagement means.
In short, the structure may be such that the movable side plates 4a, 4b do not tilt too much outward due to the pressing force exerted on the movable side plates 4a, 4b by the contents in the container.

[Effects of the invention] By simply changing the inclination angle of the movable side plate, containers can be stacked with the contents stored in them as needed, or only the containers can be stacked on top of each other. It can contribute to rationalization.
