Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) A driving shaft and a driven shaft that are arranged concentrically with each other and rotatably supported by a housing;
A fan fixed to the driven shaft, a friction plate clutch interposed between the driving shaft and the driven shaft, and a piston arranged in the housing to connect and release the clutch to the friction plate.
