Claims (1)
- 熱電変換素子４を一定の間隔を置いて配列し、
該熱電変換素子４の上下両面を上部及び下部導電
板３で連結し構成した熱電変換素子モジユールに
おいて、上記下部導電板３に下部保護板９を、一
方上部導電板３に受熱板５を接着し、下部保護板
９と受熱板５で挟んで形成した熱電変換素子ユニ
ツトを接着剤を介して冷却板１上面に所定の間隔
を置いて複数配設するとともに、前記熱電変換素
子ユニツト間に充填材６を充填したことを特徴と
する熱電変換素子モジユール構造。
