Claims (1)
- 長焦点距離の集光レンズを用いてレーザ光を集
光し、前記焦点に置いたピンホールを通過するエ
ネルギの割合を光検出手段により測定するレーザ
ビーム拡がり角測定装置において、前記集光レン
ズと前記ピンホールとの間にレーザ光を減衰させ
るように適度に反射率を下げた多層膜蒸着からな
る反射鏡を設けたことを特徴とするレーザビーム
拡がり角測定装置。
